We have a PuraMax too since June and love it! Can't live without it any more. Life with 2 cats with this, has been easier than 1 cat with an old litter box.
I absolutely love my pura max. I use to scoop 4 litter boxes every other day and now I just remove and replace a trash bag every other day. I just wish it was a little bigger. A bigger drum and opening would be great for my larger cats
Hi I love the pura max everything is so easy never had a leak issues other say only question or complaint is in the app it doesn’t show the litter level I contacted PETKIT customer service no solution yet if anyone had it before and can help would really appreciate it.
While I love the PK Pura Max, I am disappointed in the liner. It seems that it needs to be re-waterproofed monthly so that “waste” doesn’t stick to it. Also the seams also need to be retaped so that it doesn’t leak thru. I had to add a few heavy magnets so that the “new” liner would turn inside out also.
@@brokenwrench404 I had the original rubber/vinyl and it was great until the cats poked holes in it. Now I have the canvas that has a waterproofing on it, and it has to be retreated with 3m waterproofing about once a month
Strongly recommend not buying anything from this company. Had the Pura X. The infrared sensor failed but they refuse to fix it because it is past the 12 month warranty. They don't even offer a replacement part or have an option to fix it. They literally offered me a discount on buying a new one. Like why would I buy another >$500 litter box with known faults? Just have a read of the reviews, there are plenty of people with similar sensor failure issues. Buyer beware!!
Someone gift me an pura X, it brand new only 3 weeks old with many problems since day one. I constantly email back and forth with customer service, the customer service acknowledged my machine is an defective machine but refused to replace it! It been an nightmare!!! Was it my fault the defective item escaped quality check and being sold on the market? Absolutely NO! But this brand after acknowledge they sold an defective machine refuse to stand behind their product! This is absolutely wrong! I will try out Liter robot since they have better customer service, I’m hoping no one fall for this company! Pls do not support this company!!

Have been an owner of pura max over 1 year
Do you have the original model with tue first design liner? I haven’t had any leakage issues with mine. It will be a year old this June

Well buy the new one and use the new warranty to rma the old one.

This brand is really not worth it. Mine got broken 3 times since I bought and their warranty lasts only for 1 year 🙁
