Amazing, thank You. I went to a calm place where I sensed, felt , saw and sat in the spaces within. My mind only drifted to distractions a few times versus way too often. I believe setting the intention to surrender to your guidance to let go and just allow my experience to flow, really helped me to experience all this. The meditation music, script, pace, energy and beautiful voice created an experience of total acceptance of the uniqueness of 'What Is'.
