Bro don't be jealous, medical is medical anywhere in the world. It's not a joke even if you got A* grade if you don't pass the first year exams you won't continue..
The problem is that we do not have enough universities to accommodate all students . the competition based system is messed up all students should be able to get higher education.
Also many of our A+ students are not really geniuses they memorize stuff without any understanding of the subject.
