WOW. Amazing. I was born in Dallas. Grew up just north of there. Left in the late ‘80’s. I’m hoping to spend a few days there in the next year being a visitor in my hometown. Pecan pie is my all time favorite!!!

Never been to Dallas though. When I am in a city, I seem to spend all my time at bars and restaurants, and never see the things that you visit and show here. Thanks for all the fun and information. Bless you.❤
Well that was different.....I've lived in the Dallas area almost 30 years....never knew about the umbrella or the derby hat. I'd seen the Thanksgiving Square area....but didn't know anything about it. Keep teaching us Christine!! Love it!!

It's OK to have a shorter video once in a while. Congratulations on learning how to correctly pronounce pecan.😊 I love pecan pies when they are sweet but insanely sweet ones are more than I can handle (I'm diabetic so I should probably just say no). My mom had a killer pecan pie recipe, that she haded down orally to the oldest female offspring which was my sister...a scoop of vanilla nuked for about 30 seconds really helps the taste buds explode..new years, thanks giving and Xmas along with black eyed peas for good luck...love the foodie videos
Unfortunately she probably won't share the secret given I tried to get her to send a pic of me in my pirates little league out fit in our backyard...you can't see me but my arms are crossed...arggghhh...not much follow thru...oh well...

You were right the way you pronounced it, its pe-can, like can of soda. Even the youtube captions knows that pe-con is wrong bc it says "peacon" every time you pronounce it that way lol
Wow! I gotta say Dallas Texas is very beautiful then I thought for sure they have a lot of tours to check out but highly recommend to visit John F Kennedy museum where he was assassinated in 1963 but good job on the Dallas vlog keep it up ❤

Im from Dallas, have been to most of the big cities in the country, and can definitely say that this is one of the most BORING cities to visit. Great food, but not a lot to do. 🤷🏻♂️
