The only person reporting on the importance of turnstiles. So overlooked by the mainstream.
So so true.
Honestly don't know how we'd survive football matches without this.
Every football stadium turnstile should include a photo of Nieve with its number.
You've mums a turnstile
@@stuntpeggnieve only two things kept you out ......... 😉
The Daily Mail is always wrong about everything.
They were always going to say the worst stadium was foreign 😂
All news is smoke and mirrors mainly but to say that they are wrong all the time isn't true as well
Be a pendulum
Swing vote

Question everything
There is no spoon
The daily fail is the worst
I can't believe people still buy those rags thinking they contain news.
The Daily Hate.
Your dry humor makes us all smile.
And the goofy humour, too. Feels like she nails both.
I thought she was dead serious. I’m a Yank though.
@@eastvandb Lol, she's a breath of fresh air.
"...it all went down hill from there". I fully support that kind of humur😂
Have you ever visited Braga's stadium, in Portugal, Nieve; the only two sided stadium that is built into a mountain? I'm 50 and I really enjoy your content. Carlo, Liverpool. 👍🏼
Thank you Carlo! I still haven’t visited Portugal at all, Braga is right at the top of my list.
@@stuntpeggnieve Hopefully soon you can Braga about having been there...
The best thing about nieve is that she keeps is simple but constructive and and and humor is above all
Very kind :)
£120 (or Euros) for a shirt that probably costs £5 wholesale to manufacture, is daylight robbery.
Same with iPhones that cost 50 dollars max to produce and sell for 2000 dollars
Go, buy and wear a 5€ shirt what is the problem. It is a free world.
Barcelona need that money. Every lamine yamal jersey you buy feeds a mouth in la masia for a day.
there are other costs: transportation, retail, manufacturer, distribution, marketing, VAT
Players’ at big clubs go on about their love for the supporters constantly… If the players at Barcelona…Real…most English ones decided to go a week or two without wages (hardly an issue as they are all millionaires these days)…they could pay for everyone’s season tickets and buy them all a replica shirt each. Now THAT would be repaying the fans but nah, they would rather buy another car and another few Rolex watches…
So much secrets and hidden gems in this episode….
Honestly, £50 for a season pass is great value.
Totally agree
Yep
I only came across your channel from Away Days, so glad I did! Think I've gone back and watched nearly every single video
I'm a lorry driver and I took a 0.8 mile detour to pass Elgin City....I got there and the gate was open. So... pretending I was looking for someone..(an Oscar nomination is expected for this) ..I just walked in and started taking photos.
so fcking what? Its Elgin, you didnt get into the vatican ffs.
@@Trippenzoid wooooow. So I make a comment about a little nook ground, like the video asks, and you make a comment trying very hard to insult me? Get therapy. There's help out there. Lashing out is a defence mechanism. All the best mate and stay away from bridges and tall buildings
@@Trippenzoid but to address the actual comment....you're not supposed to just walk into a ground. But I did as I am 75% straight baddass, and 25% autistic. Also when you're 6ft 4 and 21st with arms bigger than most ppls legs, you get away with more stuff cus they don't know I'm not a brute

If I have to recommend one stadium, it would be the Stadium of DEAC (club of the uni in Debrecen), it has a charm, with a main stand built in 1926, and it still has the same features. It was modernized a few years back. You can visit it every day, oh and it has a pub next to it.
I’m a season ticket holder at Europa, so great to see the Sardenya getting some love on this channel. Grassroots is where it’s at. Odi etern al fútbol modern.
At least it'll be completed earlier than the sagrada familia.... I hope.
3 videos in 5 days? What a treat
Brilliant yet again Nieve ❤❤
Your videos are the best Nieve. So interesting with humour. Watch them so often.
3 videos in a week, this is what happines looks like, I need to travel to Barcelona
7:22 the reason behind the artificial pitch will no doubt be down to all the tower blocks that surround the ground. With the lack of natural sunlight real grass just won't grow.
Also, underneath the stadium is a car park. Maintaining a real grass pitch would compromise the structure. However, should Europa get promoted out of Segunda RFEF they would have to install a grass pitch which would probably mean moving stadiums
StuntPegg's sense of humour is elite 👏
Another Fantastic Video Nieve. 🎉
Absolutely love your videos like this one. Learning about little gems of never see otherwise
Great vid as usual. Also fantastic that you have your own cameraperson.
Great video as per usual :)
Viktoria Zizkov in Prague was an eye opener
Just googled it, looks like something out of the 70s!
loving the videos! should try and come to a brighton game at some point
Nieve you need to get to Glassop FC. On the border on greater Manchester (2 miles away) its in the peak district.
Lovely scenery and its a united/city split.
I own a boozer so hospitality will be no problem
I always learn something from your videos.
As a Real Sociedad fan and long time viewer of your channel I thank you for putting our badge in the miniature. The Camp Nou is an impressive venue from the inside (not so much from the outside) but the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired (just like the same as Bernabéu). It has become another tourist attraction for the city of Barcelona. The metropolitan area of the city has a lot of historic clubs like Europa or Sant Andreu. An interesting topic for upcoming videos.
UD Roteña's Estadio Arturo Puntas Vela in Rota, Spain is a great small town stadium. It also has some tower blocks, you are really close to the action. My best experience as a futbol fan happened there when I saw Spain under 19's beat Andorra under 19's. The stadium was packed and the fans were singing. I went with my sister and we still talk about the magic of that night.
Another wry, amusing look at some overlooked corner of world football.
Especially liked the "Punchy Pegg" full exhaustion outtakes tacked on to the end... 😆
Hey Pegg. If you haven't yet, you should visit SC Braga's stadium here in Portugal. Some love it and some hate it, but it's definitely one of the most unique stadiums around!
You have to make a thing of you laying on a bench in each video… unless you already do and I’ve just forgotten 😂😂
Brilliant video as per. You should visit Como's stadium in Italy next Nieve.
100%
Very interesting, Nieve, and I'm pleased to see you agree size isn't everything.
Ticket price increases are a certainty. What annoys me about all this is these clubs are in massive debt, have consistently been found to be mismanaging funds yet they still get to do this.
It's not true that everybody in Barcelona loves Barcelona except Español fans, there are a lot of people who don't care about football like everywhere else, and fans of other football clubs too.
I can relate to being more tired at 3pm than at midnight. What's up with that
It’s so frustrating isn’t it!
Been to both Barca clubs and I preferred the atmosphere and general feel of espanyol. They are my spanish team! The view from the top row at nou camp is amazing, that view over the mountains
Força Pericos!
I love the fact that you continue to review and present football around europe. When can we expect a guided tour of the US?
I really want to do lots of US content, try out a few new sports, visit a few MLS clubs, but I just need to save up a bit first!
Another great video
Lovely video Nieve. Thank you.
Watching this during half time of England's cluster pluck v Slovakia
:(
You went to Barcelona to look at the 'best' and 'worst' of football stadiums without visiting the abyssal Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys?
Wikinieveia at it again. Top job!
4:40 I love that owl sticker, lol.
Oh wow never caught you so early. My nap needs to wait now. Have a blessed sunday Nieve!
Haha! Thank you. I love a Sunday nap, so I’m honoured you’ve delayed it.
Did the Spanish laugh when thsy saw your England shirt?
Peanut butter is the preferred choice of pest control when catching rodents, not cheese.
Nice video, always liked real madrids stadium
I really enjoy your Content! Cheers from Germany
Danke schön! I love Germany :)
CHEERS FOR DOING ALL THIS.🌟.
If I could pick, I would prefer a home match of CE Europa anytime over anything FC Barcelona.
This.
As always a great video and I never believe a word written inside the Daily Mail. Cool little stadium
Check out the United States second division also known as USL it’s slowly growing with local clubs all round the United States that help out their communities and gives a more authentic experience to fans of the sport in America and more intimate feeling with the clubs rather than the corporate clubs in mls
Mil veces arriba el Atlas 🦊
Content always on another level 👍 Well done Nieve ❤️
Inside Europa Cerdenya you can find a great atmosphere with lots of beer and tapas while and post game!!!!
Oh wow!! I must come back!
Hi I'm from Barcelona. The rivalry between Europa and Sant Andreu is fierce and they play a heavy contested derby in the 4th division. Europa were founders of La Liga in 1929, you should come and make a video on them!
Hey! Thanks for this, that’d be a really cool match to watch
@@stuntpeggnieveyeeesss you're absolutely invited. But we all just hope it doesn't become flooded with tourists like the city has
I’m one of those tourists. My wife and I go to Barcelona about once per year. Gracia is our regular place, because it’s away from the tourist traffic. We’ve been wanting to get to a Europa match ever since we discovered the stadium two years ago. People who dismiss 4th and 5th tiers matches don’t know what they’re missing. What the players lack in skill, they make up in passion. I’ll take a guy who gives his soul to Europa over a guy who cares only about the paycheck.
@@Mr-Squeeky "away from the tourist traffic" hahah that's what you think. It's really not. You can ask true europa fans what they think about tourism and gentrification, people are tired of it all. And people still keep ignoring that even if they "love" the city
@@stuntpeggnieve As a Barcelonian who lived in England I love your videos about lower league English teams! I attended a lot of Bristol Rovers matches and loved the atmosphere. I'd love if you could show the same here, it's not a side of football in Barcelona people are usually aware of and it's really cool.
Thought I’d check out Nieve after listening to happy hour. Enjoying this!
YAY Back to the Football Content!
Definitely !!!
Don't worry about calling them a Catalan football club they are based in Spain which is a sovereign state.
I went to Castellón last year
Beautiful town
I’m definitely gonna go to more lower league Spanish grounds
Me too, I’ll have to note Castellón down.
@@stuntpeggnieve yes definitely go
I’m a Leeds fan so I went to Pablo Hernandez last ever game
The atmosphere was superb
Ultras behind the goal were brilliant
I highly recommend xx
The Quarry Cefn Druids. I am an Ipswich supporter living in the area and l sometimes go. The team aren’t so great but it’s always a pleasure, lovely crowd. I was at Portman Road a few months back and sat next to a bloke who had come down from Aberdeenshire. His usual poison is Inverurie Loco Works so plan to visit them as reciprocation for his journey.
Great people, great atmosphere and amazing food! I go once a season at least from England, it is the best footballing experience I have known❤
I live next to Camp Nou, nice to see this video. Another curious place to visit is Narcis Sala Stadium, home to UE Sant Andreu. By the way, not everyone in Barcelona is a Barça fan. I myself support Real Club Celta de Vigo. Your dry humor gets better day by day.
My GF is from Galiza and supports Celta, I'm basque and support Real Sociedad. We both live in Catalonia. It's not the dichotomy betwen Farsa and Mandril they're trying to sell.
Thank you for the recommendation!
@@jonpeley Real Sociedad, my favorite basque club. Aupa Erreala !! And your GF is a clever girl. Forza Celta !!
epileptic subs will love this video :D
Nearly 20 years ago, my family went to Lanzarote in late November. I asked my dad that if I found a game, would he come with me? So on Sunday morning, we went to see Orientacion Maritima in their only Segunda Division B season. Cannot remember the opposition but what did strike me was how it was a community thing, everybody pouring in after church so it was empty throughout the first half. The striker scored and then did a fishing celebration and waved at his grandpa. Never seen such a community setup before or since.
Just want someone to love me like StuntPegg loves changing titles and thumbnails
Didn't expect to see UCF Knights getting repped in here!! (see historical photo within video)
Looking forward to a tour of Big12 college football stadia someday. Love to see Pegg at a US college football Saturday sharing her thoughts and emotions.
I'm so glad I got to see a match in the Camp Nou in 2017 plus Messi scored twice. Definitely a bucket list item.
I love this, thank you! I am also part of the "LM10 > CR7" club. I was lucky enough to go to an el Clásico at Camp Nou in 2012. Messi and Ronaldo scored all the goals in a 2-2 draw, including a Messi curling free kick into the top corner when we were 4 rows behind behind the goal! Halcyon days! 😎
Go to Rayo Vallecano in Vallecas Madrid and Carabanchel
First time i watched your video was when i heard about former Darlington arena, Stadium That Bankrupted a Football Club, and searched info about it. In a way, i am very familiar with such issues in my country currently... 🤦 Since then, always interesting and fun content from you.
Thanks from Serbia 🇷🇸 🤝
Worst football stadium in Spain … you’ll never sing that!
Looks lovely!
SP - look up the current story of Castellon (especially the owner) . Valencia and Villareal dwarf them currently . On match days the teams arrive by their own decaled coach not long before kick off and the thousands of fans go crazy mobbing the vehicle . The interplay of these three clubs is fascinating and that’s not even including the other local team Levante . Just a thought . Hession
That air fryer did look like a stadium blurred out 😂
Shadows can be a big issue for watching a telecast. In the AFL in Australia, Marvel Stadium (2nd biggest stadium in Melbourne) used to be so annoying to watch on TV because of the shadows. It’s hard to keep track of the ball and adjust your eyes when it’s going in and out of the shadows. It got to a point where now games at Marvel are only played with the roof closed, which is better for shadows but also really sucks going to watch an indoor game on a really nice sunny day.
I cannot wait for my next 12th birthday
Hahaha, yeah I really didn’t word that in the way I should
I went to Barcelona a couple of weeks ago, and visited CE L'Hospitalet for a match. 5th tier, but all seater and a cracking ground. There's quite a few that are hidden away in the urban areas of the city - even Barca's training ground
Holy will definitely be getting added to the World Thumb Wrestling Championships banned substance list
Haha! Good one
Nieve, why travel, 4th tier UK clubs need love also . Love your posts !
I live very close to it, when they took the 'Mini Estadi' it already felt weird... But now seeing them change the Camp Nou too feels somewhat odd when I walk past it.
8:00 can't believe Nieve found the one bench in Spain that's only 4.5 feet long....
I used to go to the Nou every year, the last time I went was Dec 2019, 2 months before cov19. I honestly can't wait to go next year.
If you want to do a great ground hop try this in Sussex. 1st go to (8th tier) Lancing FC @ Culver road where (apparently) the 1st ever use of a goalkeeper was, then the (7th tier) and voted best non-league stadium a number of times, also the world's 1st club to pay the men and women the same, Lewes FC @ the Dripping pan, then off to the worlds 1st club to be bought by a group of cryptocurrency investors, Crawley Town who play @ The Broadfield in league 1 and then ending with a nice journey to premier league Brighton @ The Amex
I stopped to watch when I see the card saying "Messi is better than Ronaldo''.
I never realised that I went earlier on in the year and it seems like they play cup finals for kids on that ground as I went past they were playing and people were watching from the bridge and they were many clubs going in and out
whats more stunning barcelona or stuntpegg ? im still pondering
I've definitely seen worse back in England, including within the top 3 leagues
You should have seen Stamford Bridge in the 60’s.
Rayo Vallecano Stadium….Estadio Vallecas is the best stadium in Spain for atmosphere and has 3 stands. Behind a goal are Flats so they can’t build a stand.
I wouldn't say it's the best, but atmosphere wise is in the top 5.
Definitely keen to visit this one next season then
Other great vlog :] keep it up ❤️🙃🇪🇸🇪🇸⚽️⚽️
Maybe its just me, but when I more or less stumbled upon Viktoria Žižkov's stadium in Praha I found it charming and whilst maybe not...beautiful, its location nestled in between apartment blocks reminds me a little bit about CE Europa.
Praha is certainly a charming city, with lots of history and several football teams. Worth doing a segment on Czech football in general.
Siliwangi Stadium in Bandung, that's pretty secret *wink* *wink*
The Mail just hate anything with the word 'Europe' in.
You could come to Antwerp, Belgium, and visit Antwerp (the biggest club in the city), Beerschot (the big rivals with a somewhat smaller budget) and then Berchem (the small club that used to be in the top divisions but are now in 4th tier)
That stadium looks quite big for the 4th tier! Lower league football in Spain is fun, you can drink beer in the stands and hear the players swear at each other)) I must admit I haven't got my head around the 2021 reformation of the league system but Club Europa are probably operating at a reasonable level of football.
Ossett United. Watching non-league across from a bus station, hemmed in on three sides by housing - luxury! What makes it a little worse is that there used to be two clubs in Ossett - Town and Albion - and Ingfield, which was Town's ground, is the one they have now. Dimple Wells (or just Dimplewells - both are acceptable) was Albion's ground. Guess which one had enough room for a bit of expansion? Yeah, Dimple Wells. (But not on one side, because that would have meant building on the local cricket club - which is a massive no-no!) So, when the season starts again, we'll see you at Ingfield, Nieve!
Great video
Thank you!
There is a big group of British fans that follow Europa! We would love to welcome you for a game!
