The 5lb Loaded Pork Nachos Challenge

- For the second stop on our road trip, we dropped into Front Street Pub & Eatery in Davenport, Iowa to take on the pub's brand new 5lb Loaded Pork Nachos Challenge! I had just 45 minutes to finish a platter containing one pound of tortilla chips, about 3lbs of pulled pork, and of course, all sorts of cheese, lime crema, and pico de gallo! Winners earn their $35 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Front Street's Wall of Fame!

Awww you went a couple of months too soon. We are moving to Davenport in a few weeks. Close on our house in less than 3 weeks. Woot! I'll have to check this place out when we get up there. Whiteys ice cream is super close to our house too.
