Wow, I didn't know North Korea sang USSR songs.
It actually makes sense.
Is this that Kpop all the kids are talking about?
@PavPete Yeah don't worry I know.
Its one of my favorite Russain songs in fact! I was just making a joke because I hardly ever listen to modern mainstream stuff especially Kpop 😂
@PavPete Oh I've listened to those as well! 👌
That's some real NKPOP right there

The thing is: Back in the ol' times of 7th grade. I used to listen to this song because it relaxed me and helped me think of memories of my travel .. Before I found this song: I listened to other songs by this ensemble... But, once I found-out that Pochonbo had made this version of Smuglyanka Moldavanka!! I was shocked and for me.. It was a must listen to! This song has changed the melody.. Especially the instruments.. I've never expected to go back to this song and have so many memories run through me at once. It's a good song.. & All I must say is: Good job preforming it Pochonbo. It was extremely well done.. But, I simply wish that Pochonbo would still be alive and making new songs or simply having a yearly reunion and singing one of their songs that they have made. It would be extremely awesome itself.. Plus, this is a great song to actually listen to- Well, anytime! Sad, Happy, Angry too (For me) But, this song is absolutely wonderful. Well done Pochonbo! Great band, great instruments, and great cassetes!
Would love to listen to this with my earphones while standing in the russian side of the border between Russia and North Korea
Очень Красиво. Спасибо!

Эх, наша "Смуглянка" в замечательном исполнении Ким Кван Сук. Да здравствует СССР! Ура!!

The girl who picks grapes in the early morning fruit field.
A swarthy comlexion , star-like eyes
I'm secretly rolling my heart out and saying it.
Let's go to the edge of the river with the sunset.
The maple leaves are very curly&affectionate
I fell in love with you when I saw you.
Blue moon, blue moon, you are my love

HOLY SHIT THEY DID THE NAZBOL PARTY SONG YESSSSS
It is very weird to hear a Korean singer sing a Russian song. But quite nice as well.
Nice song
Not that weird since the USSR helped shap North Korea's culture and ideology
