Yes. You can try. No guarantee though. I got in MEng Env with 7.5 CGPI which is roughly 68%

As someone that has gone to lakehead I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to do undergrad as compared to other universities their equipment and facilities are very outdated and plus this school doesn't have much connections
