Greetings Noshers ! Please appreciate that at present, this is more a vlog on food and kitchen stuff than a cold crisp food review. I try to put in a lot of research into these videos so you don't have to - just watch my video instead hahaha. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy it and learn lots of things from start to finish. I promise there will be shorter fast food reviews to come, so please subscribe and ding that bell please. Also I have been learning Davinci Resolve all this time - not a easy feat for this old bag of Welsh Wind, Hugs Nikki xxx

@@helensmith1648 I did say I would normally put some parmesan on the meal but when I went to the fridge, there was an Old Mother Hubbard situation. I agree that a liberal dusting of that cheese would have added something extra for very little cost and effort, but the Bistro Salad was delicious. Maybe I am getting to appreciate beetroot (perish the thought)

Thank you Michael. Cross Comparing though is a heck of a lot of work but you sometimes get interesting outcomes. When one sees the cost difference between using a fan oven/air fryer and a microwave - only 3p a meal more, provided you can spare the extra time, I reckon these effectively smaller convection ovens give much deeper heat and therefore more potent flavours.
That said, the Aldi spag bol in the oven was not nice and the Aldi portion in the microwave was much better. The opposite was true for the Waitrose pots. All very puzzling indeed.
