  • I've recently incorporated unilateral leg curls with the cable into my workouts, and it's quickly become a favorite routine on our Inspire FTX-C. Since Jer and I prefer working out together but sometimes we'll be targeting different muscle groups, with him using the leg extension while I focus on leg curls, this alternative works perfectly for us.
    Workout:
    1. Unilateral Leg Curl x12
    2. Leg Curl x12
    3. Kickbacks x12
    4. RDL x12
    5. Squats x12
    Repeat 3X (15 min) or 4X (20 min)
    During my workout, I enjoy doing supersets, pairing two exercises together, each for 12 reps, and repeating the set 3X or 4X.
