I overcame my sadness and anxiety by concentrating on Deen and by reciting Quran with translation.
I was sad today bcz I am trying to get pregnant and today when my periods start again, I cried and I was angry from Allah that why he is not giving me child even my husband I's doing unjustice with me .he his living with other wife she has 4 kids and I m living alone I will not list my all problems but today I gave up.

Masha'allah im feeling better now. Today is the day my husband was lowered into the grave and I have been trying to fight with the sad feeling inside me since 5am today. However after listening this, I feel as if a stone has been lifted off my chest. Mufti, Allah grant you Jannah for all the good deeds you do. Amen.

Rememberance of Allah remove your sadness.
When you say Allah o Akbar, you know what you are saying.
Disease of heart is sadness, Quran is the remedy for heart disease.

Alhamdulillah. I feel sad right now and depressed. Listening to you makes me realize that Allah loves me so much and it’s the reason why i feel this heartache. I pray every day but i can’t complete my salah (3-4 times). I question him why i feel unlucky and why all the things that i want i can’t have it. Listening to you makes me realize also that i’m still lucky because i have house, food and family that loves me.
Sometimes i forgot how i lucky i’am. I feel sad because i only look to the things that i dont have but really i’m lucky because i have food house and family. Thank you

ASSALAMU'ALAIKUM brothers and sisters in faith. Khair Insh'Allah everyone of us is doing fine. I just revert to Islam last year. I was still catholic when I started listening and following sheikh mufti menk lectures via social media.. that time I have a good paying job, happy go lucky life, and so laid back, in short I was living dunya to the fullest...but I felt so empty inside..until I embraced Islam and now even I don't have much material things, even i don't have job and lost a lot due to the pandemic crisis..yet I don't feel sad, alhamdulillah still healthy, subhaanAllah surviving the hardships, and worshipping Allah (swt) May He Help us and guide us all always
May the Almighty Allan protects US
Dear brothers and sisters, this is an inspiring speech which talks at a deeper level. Sadness is unavoidable, even with having much experience dealing with the worlds challenges there can be days which create confusion and sadness at such levels that it keeps you stuck to your bed lying in thoughtlessness, staring at the ceiling with almost no energy to do anything. What can one do in such a situation?

What about the people including me who was speaking to a partner for time, talking about getting married, having kids, twins, building our home, helping each other with problems, talking to them nearly everyday, talking about everything we going to do when we get married but then break up because of silly things or there parents started saying things that got in to her/his head? What should we do? Allah said don't do haram relationships and keep it Helal but even if I kept it Helal I still feel heart broken? Someone help me please
