@@4uuuu335 Let total mixture be A .
Now Ratio of Water and milk are 2x : 5x.
Now when 56 liters of mixture are removed remaining = A - 56 liters
and ratio of water and milk remains same.
Also when 20 liters of water added then
(2x + 20)/5x = 3/5 (Given water becomes 60% of milk)
On solving X = 20. Now putting x = 20 then Water = 40
and milk = 100 liters. 40 + 100 = A - 56
So, original mixture will be A = 196 liters.
Now amount of milk in original mixture
= (5/7) * 196 = 140 liters.

Let Water : Milk = 2x:3x
Taken out 56L me water and milk are 16L & 40L
Then add 20L water
Now 2x-16+20/5x-40= 3/5
10x+20=15x-120
X= 28
So initial quantity of milk = 5x= 5*28= 140L
