I bought this the second it was released.. and I have oily skin and I love this product. My cheeks get really rosy throughout the day and the tinted moisturizer gave me enough coverage to where my skin looked good by the end of the day. It sooo lightweight and airy.

I have worn this the past two days and it is seriously the best tinted moisturizer I have ever tried. So many skin tints give full coverage or none at all. The coverage of this is perfect and I love the radiant, yet skin like finish. I am in love with it!

I just got this from the sephora sale too and this stuff is amazing. My skin is sooo glowy and it doesn’t emphasize my dry patches
I really want to try this. I'm not a foundation type of girl. I prefer light weight and tinted moisturizers. I'll have to see how this one goes once I figure out a shade ! Thanks for the review Allie !!!

Me too! I’m nervous about the shade I ordered since they’re mostly sold out now. I used their foundation match and it kept giving me 32N which is a medium shade and I am never a medium but I got it anyway. 😥🤞🏼
Edit: So mine arrived today and I should have listened to my instincts. It was way too dark. Plus, MAC Face & Body has more coverage. Like Allie said, I’d rather wear nothing if there is going to be zero. I wouldn’t even wear this to the gym and I don’t have much to cover. I have no acne or scars but I do have some freckles I’d like to lessen but they’re exactly the same. Bummer. It’s a nice company to support and they’re big on PR so maybe that’s where all the good reviews are coming from.

Tinted moisturizer looks great. I have it but need to try it. This brow pencil color looks so natural on you. Cool toned brow colors always look so much more natural on people because that reddish warm hue is a dead giveaway the brows are filled in.

I bought this as an oily girl, and it works pretty well!! I just used more of a matte primer then make sure to set my face. I love this so much, someone told me there was no way I was wearing makeup! I love love love it but it’s still second to my Fenty skin tint! 💕
What primer do you like? I’m oily too and haven’t found a good primer yet!
@@eileenedits4881 hi! I usually use the elf acne fighting primer for my acne prone skin then go over that with Becca ever matte primer. My holy grail but only use it in places where you get extra oily (for me it’s my forehead, my nose, and the sides of my nose). :)

I of course wanna try this new product as I've loved everything I've tried and use from Rare Beauty but I just have way too many foundations/tinted moisturizers/BB creams etc to buy more right now! I've also never tried their foundation as I have very dry skin and I just don't know if it'll fit my skin type but I will definitely get this product one day when I actually need it! Looked beautiful on you though! Very promising

I have both and I found that the fenty has more coverage and is better suited if you’re oily. I’m oily tho and I still enjoyed the rare beauty!

Update: Oh boy! After watching this I realized I bought too dark of a shade (I wear the same shade in the Rare foundation as Allie) so I noticed Sephora did a restock and I grabbed the right shade. Whew! Still have to wait though lol.

I'm a definitely tinted moisturizer girl. A tinted spf with TM or BB cream, I'm good so may have to try this one.
I just posted my review too! I have mature dry skin with lots of sun spots, wrinkles and texture. It did not add much coverage and I honestly thought it was just ok. It wore off on nose and chin very easy but stayed in other areas just fine. It looks beautiful on you, but then, everything always does pretty lady! loved hearing your take on this. I agree it gave me zero coverage. It’s hard believe she’s wearing the same foundation. In the end of the video her skin looks flawless. You can see every freckle on me. I expected light coverage like MAC F&B (since it looks like their bottle) but I couldn’t build this; it was so dry it made my skin look patchy. I’d rather wear nothing.
I didn't live it either. I have oily skin and somehow it looked dry and flaky on me. I've tried it a few times now with different moisturizers and it still looked awful. Also had zero staying power.
Have you found any tinted moisturizer that works well for you?
@@emilyknights2335 I honestly love wetnwild tinted hydrator 🤷♀️ it works so well with my dry mature skin and had more coverage than this one in my opinion. Best way apply it is with your hands though for more coverage.

I love the bare minerals Complexion Rescue for a light daytime look!
The desire for a tinted moisturizer with spf is actually what brought me to your channel in the first place. This is a contender. Wish it had a little higher of an spf but I do not like my current moisturizer which isn’t tinted at all and feels like pure sunscreen.
Try Elta MD tinted sunscreen, SPF 44. Love this and I feel very confident my skin is protected 365 days a year.
@@marybeth23 thank you for the suggestion. I’ve also come across Josie Maran Argan daily moisturizer which has 47 SPF and seems to be a more natural formula. I’m still just doing research at the moment cause I don’t feel like buying a bunch of duds. I’ll look into the one you mentioned.

Hi Allie, I am fairly new to makeup. I have really started to enjoy it since following you. I have a question regarding tinted moisturizers and foundation. I am not quite clear on which part of my face I should match the colour to. I have many different shades throughout my face. Including some dark spots around the hairline and red spots in other areas. I’m not sure if I am buying too dark. Any advice would be wonderful. Thank you from Calgary Canada. SPF 20 is not too bad! Do you have SPF in your skin care Allie? For UT elevation, or AZ where I’m at, your applied layer is a bit thin for SPF.

My favorite tinted moisturizer with spf is Lancôme “skin feels good”.. so underrated. I’m combo oily and it’s a more dewy product and it’s still flawless on my skin!

I liked it. Adding my two cents though. I have dry skin and some dry spots. What I noticed is that it clings to the dry spots, kind if like the foundation did for me. The shade match is great though. The foundation went a little yellow on me and this one didn't. Also, it had a little more matte finish for me. Maybe it needs a better moisture prep before if you have drier skin.
How would you compare this to the Fenty one ?
Between this and the foundation, which one is better?

Allie!! I didn’t know you’re in Utah! I’m also in Utah!!
I tried this moisturizer and returned it the day after. I’m combo dry skin and it started to break apart almost immediately and by the end of the day just looked awful on me.
I wish the SPF in this was higher than 20. I have dry skin and use Elta MD tinted sunscreen with a 44 SPF. I know it protects my skin from the harmful effects of the sun.
