Epson WorkForce WF-2510/20/30 • How to Fix Printer Error, See Documentation

Hi! In this video I'll show you how to troubleshoot the Epson "Printer error, see documentation and contact support" error on the WF-2510W and similar models using WIC Reset. You can download the software here: www.wic.support/

BIG, BIG, BIG, THANK YOU!
Cleaning the sensor shown at 6:06 with a makeup brush FIXED my printer which was flashing (Green) Power, WiFi and ADF lights!

Watched this, saw the sensor you dusted at 6 mins in then immediately looked at mine. The sensor didn't even look dirty but giving it a quick brush worked a treat. Thanks so much.

Thank you! The sensor cleaning suggestion at 06:00 fixed the problem! Used compressed gas for electronics instead of a brush.

Thank you so much for your video timed at 14.02. I have never seen this error before but following your cleaning instructions and fortunately having a can of spray duster, I was able to blow the dust out of all places visible and when I turned printer back on the error message was gone and it worked first time. I didn't have to download the wic support file but have kept it for future reference. Many thanks for your help. Angie in the UK

Thank you!! Just found your video and followed instructions (as I had the same error code and diagnosis using the download as described) - printer now prints again!! Thank you - was expecting to have to fiddle with it for ages but this worked a treat - very happy!!
