She's not related to that name :), different spelling.... but she is Tom's girlfriend of many years and she films all of his videos ....this song, by the way, was filmed in an 'escape room'....his whole family helps. I must say I am so pleased to know you are not woke, but awake....I wish I had spent more time talking to my adult sons when they were growing up ... maybe they'd be 'awake' too. I can say my life is so much better now since I have gone down the Tom rabbit hole. ❤My faves so far are: American Flags, Dummies,Fighter,Facts,In God We Trust(Nova is in this beauty), I could go on…you get the point. I've listened to Tom MacDonald since 2017 and I loved his talent and his outspoken style but his strong stance on controversial subjects is taking over is creativity. I wish he could get down his high horse and breathe a little bit. Please react to This House ❤
I have to disagree about his opinions on things he REALLY cares about are taking over his creativity.(and, it is okay to disagree, of course.) 85%/90% of his music is NOT political, it's on physical CD's tho, yet he still gets that label. 🙄 He makes music in the moment about how he feels & the things that he sees happening in our country & society & what truly matters to him (AND, PEOPLE LIKE ME!). If he is feeling refreshed & positive or whatever, we get music like Stronger version, if he is upset & overwhelmed by the BS, like millions of us are with the state of our country & the world, we get great music like "The Machine" It just depends. But, I would argue that too many people like to & have been escaping from stressful realities too much in music or t.v., movies, or things like drugs, etc...BUT, by ESCAPING TOO MUCH, WHICH IS HOW THE GLOBAL ELITE'S HAVE GAINED SO MUCH POWER & CONTROL OVER ALL OUR LIVES TO THE POINT OF THE VERY DYSTOPIAN GOVERNMENTS WE ARE ALL LIVING UNDER NOW...WHILE NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION & TRYING TO ESCAPE REALITY ALL THE TIME THROUGH DRUGS, MOVIES, MUSIC, BOOKS (WHICH MANY ARE BEING ERASED/DELETED/TRACKED IF PURCHASED, ETC...) The time for escaping needs to be over if any of us have a chance in trying to redirect our countries from going down a path that gets to the point it cannot be reversed. Our governments already do their best to make people feel like they can't do anything about any of it, which is do dangerous. It's close to "1984" by George Orwell out here, for instance, which we are not realistically far from @ this point,, which is terrifying. Tom's socially conscious music (its more socially conscious them political, if people are being truthful) makes me feel less alone in this crazy upside down world of nut jobs right now...he is rapping & singing about the things that matter to me, as well. So I, along with 100's of thousands of others, don't mind the socially conscious stuff because it helps me deal with watching my country being taken over from within by our own commie government.
