6 cups mixed veggies (I used 1 carrot, 2 bell peppers, 1/2 head broccoli, 1 cup sugar snap peas, 1 cup purple cabbage)
1.5 blocks tempeh
Sesame Seeds & Lime for topping
Peanut Sauce🥜
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon OR 1 lime
1 inch cube grated ginger

2 blocks tofu (800g)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 avocado
Juice of 1/2 - 1 lime to taste
Pinch of Cumin
Salt & Pepper
Mini Wheat or Corn Tortillas
Sprouts or Purple Cabbage
Red Onions
Sriracha

227g soy curls
Rehydrate in water or Vegan Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Squeeze of Lemon
1/4 tsp oregano, onion powder, dill
Salt to taste
Vegan Tzatziki 🥒
1 cup coconut yogurt
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 clove garlic
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
Quinoa
Romaine Lettuce
Tomato Slices
Cucumber Slices

I love all your recipes. I do have a tip when cooking the soy curls. I also rehydrate mine in broth and other seasonings, but do not squeeze it out. I use just enough liquid so when they are hydrated there’s not a lot left and then I just cook the liquid out and there’s so much more flavor.

@@thatveganbabe they will. You can add as much as you think you need, you can always add more. You’re going to cook it out anyway. I’ve also use them to make jerky 😉. If you follow sweet simple vegan, I used their jerky recipe and that’s also where I learned this trick 😁

I prefer to hydrate them in water then squeeze all the beany tasting liquid out (especially when cooking for omnivores). After that I’ll simmer and let it cook off the vegan chikn bouillon so it’s all absorbed.

Lightlife’s tempeh bacon is my fav! It’s just so expensive so it’s an occasional treat since I can only find it at Whole Foods across town.
You can make your own from a large block! I buy mine at Trader Joe's.

Oh nooooo 😢 do you have an intolerance to soy? You can try using plant boss crumbles instead they are made with pea protein instead of soy maybe those will work!
