That was a great concert and I keep hoping they release it on DVD & BluRay. Maidiacs know what this concert was and what it meant. But for those unfamiliar with Band-Maid and their work, this was the concert they held a few months after Band-Maid's Tenth Anniversary Tour Final at Yokohama Arena. This concert was to showcase the songs they weren't able to perform at that huge three and a half hour long concert with a 33 song set list. The setlist for this "Spin Off" concert, except for the opening and closing songs, was entirely comprised of songs that didn't make the setlist for the Tour Final concert. They held a second concert because the band members believed these songs should have been on the setlist for the first show, but they realized there wasn't enough time to fit them all in. The take away here is that Band-Maid has too many great songs for them to fit within one evening's concert. They really could do 4 shows in a row, not repeat a song, and their fans would still be satisfied with each setlist. Band-Maid is one of those once-in-a-lifetime bands that combines great songwriting, talented musicians, and an amazing attitude combined with a never say die work ethic. Misa, Miku, Akane, Saiki, and Kanami are the best.

OMG! You can really hear Miku's guitar in this mix. When I saw them in Charlotte last year I was more or less in front of Miku and a bit back from the front but I could hear her amp pretty clearly and she was playing a lot more than most mixes make it seem. Her guitar sounds great here. Thanks for posting!
If you've noticed that Kanami plays some of her most intricate riffs beneath Saiki's vocals, you've likely noticed that much of Miku's intricate riffage is in support of Kanami's solos, seemingly buried. I'm sure you've watched the "Hate?" video and noticed all the work Miku is doing throughout that song to help make Misa and Kanami look great. Miku is the ultimate team player. And don't forget that Kanami composes and arranges it like that!

They are incredible in this concert - you can see that the Yokohama Arena show the November before this really has given them more confidence to play to the crowd - Saiki looks like she is not holding back anymore and she had the vocal talent but now her showman is on another level - Miku, Kanami, Misa and Akane are their usual brilliant selves - awesome show.

HOT! Heaters in Japan only have one setting FULL BLAST . It was winter but the building was heated to about 24c before the gig even started
