Beautiful scenery. Love them moss covered trees in your neck of the woods. I didn't care for the bare trees that bordered the stream but not much you could do about that. The rest of the photo was great, including the rock & smooth water flow. Happy shooting.

Hi, Heath, beautiful Lush Green Woodland, my kind of place, you will love your Z7II, I have both the 7 and 7II wonderful cameras also my Z24-120 f4s is almost superglued on, a wonderfully sharp lens. I have shot Nikon for 40 years, look forward to more of your trips.
Thank you for watching Doug! I'm quickly growing to love this Z7II. I shot Nikon for years before switching to Fujifilm and switching back feels great. I have to say I love Fuji as well but I'm a Nikon fan at heart. Totally agree with you on the 24-120, it's a perfect lens with a ton of versatility. What other gear are you using?

I also have the Z 14-30 F4, the Z 50mm 1.8 and still using some F mount via the FtoZ mount which works well.
I regularly sell 36x24 inch prints and the quality from the Z7s is fantastic.
@@douglasritchie2836 That great to hear. I'm thinking about picking up a FtoZ adapter to use some of my old lenses as well. Are you happy with the 14-30?
@@HeathBarbierPhoto The 14-30 is a lovely compact sharp lens at f8 to F11 you would be hard pushed to tell the difference with the Z 14-24 2.8

Any idea how good the Z7 ii body is for birds in 15:14 flight.? A Nikon sales rep is saying that I have to take that big step up to the Z8 but I don’t think so. 8K means nothing to me
great cinematography in this one with the xt-3! I'm sure you'll love the extra resolution of the Z7ii. Haha at 6:40, I had the same learning curve when I picked up the R5. My 5DSR has the old regular LCD screen without all the fancy touch buttons, so I kept doing the same thing. That scenery at 8:10 is stunning. Great images on the day! I think the one at 13:26 is my favorite. The trees are interesting in both but the rock in the stream adds an extra cool element.
Thanks for watching Brian! So far I am loving the Z7ii, it's a fantastic camera and I'm fortunate to be able to own one even with the learning curve. I used to shoot only Nikon but since switching to Fujifilm I seem to have forgotten a lot. I got lucky on this day with the conditions and scenery, everything was intensely green and I wish I had shot more of the forest interior.
@@HeathBarbierPhoto something tells me that the PNW will probably not get less green in the coming months :). Looking forward to your next visit there!
