I kinda like the DN. When I was a kid in the 90s and imagined a Nike sneaker from the future, it would look a lot like the DN. I’ll cop a pair eventually.

I came here hoping you reviewed these. I knew you would. Thanks for the content. I was on the fence, and I’m passing after your pros & cons. I too have a flat foot. I can’t mess with a narrow shoe in my 40’s. Also, I’m mostly a performance shoe kinda guy. I love the techy stuff. No fore foot air bag is also a negative. Your point about the moving tongue was spot on. The TN is one of the greatest silhouettes ever drawn up, but they definitely could have used a strap gusset to keep it stable. I think its super clean. I've never been a fan of big and bulky flashy shoes. These look sleek and simple, love the look

Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, I returned my Coconut/Sail pair because the front area with the yellow speckles looked odd/dirty to me. I really liked the big bubbles though. To me, they’re not as comfy as New Balances, ASICS Gel, and adidas Boost.
They look nice but foam based cushion in casual/runners are more comfy in my opinion
Mine came in today and they are so much better in hand! Definitely a dope pair of kicks and they are lightweight!

The exact same colorway just arrived in the mail today. Super comfortable, no break in period and definitely order a half size up for better comfort. That air pods thing is a gimmick, at least from what I can feel on my feet so far. Pretty stable in the heel section and not really as "mushy" as the AM 270.
Just purchased this same color way. Even better in hands all hype aside. If you’re an air max head and you’re on the fence like was since release day, pull the trigger.. you’ll be happy you did. Need to get the white color way for summer now too 😍
I've copped the sail cw on air max dn yesterday on packer. Love the minimal branding hends less is more and giving a air max plus TN vibes. Hopefully they'll be comfy tho
Only got into sneakers about 7 months ago and grabbed these up on release. I think they are super comfy but I'm also new to the sneaker world. I got the same color. Really enjoy these so far

I want my vapormax from 2020, they had the auto lace feature and it was able to be made from the nike id site. Mine melted when my legs got blown up but ive never been able to find a comparable shoe.

That’s a better model and it has better comfort. I would choose an Air Max 1 over the Air Max DN any day.
I really like this shoe. I like most of the colors too as the coconut one stood out to me the most. I wanna get these when they go on sale just like i did for other air maxes
Wasn't a fan of these when I saw pictures but now that I see them closer and on video I'm digging them
How's the stability? Is it like the TW? I have a pair of those and roll my ankle if I step on anything uneven
So how is the cushioning in the forefoot? Is there also some boost/bubbles/bounce or whatever in the forefoot?

Just Got a pair of DN,suggest on sizing: First make sure you measure your own true size according to Nike size chart, then choose your true to size, Do not go down or go up size, true to size fits perfectly🎉
They remind me one the Airmax 2021 it slightly better looking! I’m nit sold on them yet though! Dope review!
These are the direct sequel, and fit significantly better! I prefer 90’s/95’s for comfort, the DN was very firm for me.
I ordered the cream colored one, can’t wait for it to get here to see for myself.

I wore my Air Max 97’s with the green glow kinda bottom. I’ve never them worn before and they were so uncomfortable. I couldn’t go all day wearing them at work so I switched into my Foam Runners.

I'm an Air Max Die Hard. I would love for Nike to incorporate React cushioning with a 270 air pod again. I would redesign the 270 to come up the ankle for a Lix fit and feel with a supportive stretchy mesh. Just me

Gives me similar vibes to the vapormax rollout they had with the marketing.
Vapormax were awful creps. Very narrow and not at all comfortable. Designed for skinny runners not for normal average sized guys like myself

Not all 4 tubes are connected. The rear 15psi tubes are connected with an air tunnel. Then the 5psi tubes are connected with an air tunnel. It just looks like one piece and is physically joined as piece to keep it all in one place.

They look kinda cool , but I’m not sold on the colors they have out now , I’ll wait for maybe more colors or if they go to Nike by you with some different materials that would work too
I was curious about ordering a pair of these since I wear the air max flyknit vapormax but my air max dn in all black arrived yesterday and I have to say they are surprisingly more comfortable then the vapormax I will be rocking these more then the vapormax.

seems to me like the single air unit has a closed off tunnel between the two big air tubes
I was skeptical until I received my pair. Good shoe. Surprisingly light.
I did cop that’s same colorway code name AirMax DN All Night wore them all day the day I received them noting special the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 fits better in my opinion for all day wear and much lighter around the same price point now you can even get the Vomero 5 around 135-140 on sale now with is a better option if your looking for comfort

I think these new models, that they want to mass produce, would benefit HUGELY from a day 1 NikeID release. That would certainly push me into paying for a pair over just getting something I know I'm going to like.
The back is narrow,how they feel
the only thing I don't like about them in they don't have the big swoosh on the side, it just looks weird.
Got them since release day and …. They’re squeaking…. A lot. Tried changing the sole and it’s still there. They look great but the squeaking is going to make me return them 😓
um just not feelin' these, but I did pick up the royal big bubbles, those are clean as hell
I love the black and pink ones I am size 4 so I can wear kids size but the kids size are different especially the back the bit that looks carbon fibre , the kids ones are so different on that part , so I might just pay the extra for adult ones

Passed on these and got the 86 OG blue instead. Tried it and just felt like any Air Max, the forefoot midsole is quite firm. The AM 90 SE and much cheaper Air Max Dawn with semi exposed big bubble feels a lot more comfy on foot.
This one looks alright… maybe a nicer color way would make me feel diff. This one reminds me of the tailwinds. And I’m sure Nike will come up with a full length Air Max DN later on… I can c it would look dope

I also got the Light Crimson Pair for a discount at $145 from JD Sports. I tried them on and I’m still returning it. The comfort is not as good as the classic Air Max 95 or Air Max 90. This is definitely not an Air Max model worth $160 - not even the discounted $145. Just save this cash and put it towards the Air Max 90 or Air Max 95 for better comfort.

this is definitely not separated bubble units, it is most like one big air unit and from outside they used gimmick to look like 4 separate bubble unit.

To me these are the type of shoe that looks great to the eye, but doesn't look that great on foot and is not great functionally. Plus, all that plastic makes it very difficult to keep the shoes looking pristine. Also, dunno if it's just me but the air max logo kinda looks like a morning talk show logo lol.
