I really like it, Angie is not especially a fan; she says it makes our trailer look like there are "old folks" living in it. That said, its been great to have with our grandkids, especially the ones between 3-5 years old. They use it to steady themselves climbing up and down the stairs. Its also great to hang our flower pot on (like you can see in the photo taken at Goosenecks) or a towel to dry. Once set up and locked, it is pretty stable. As its adjustable, you adjust the tension on the bars by turning them until they tighten up. I made a video about it when I installed it last spring.
