I think a big reason mirage is feeling alot better is the fact that people have built the habit to just shoot mirage clones cuz it was quicker than figuring out which one was him but now there is enough reprecussions for that that its now an issue

The ult is so fast, if its a prolonged fight you definitely get it more than once.

Honestly. Im failing to see the benefit of having 1 constant decoy over having 2 every so often.
His tactical doesn't take very long to charge, so unless you plan on throwing back to back decoys at a nonsense rate by the time you wanna throw out a second decoy you'll have cooldown on your firsr stock already.
If you're playing safe and being a traditional support with his healing perk then the double tac is okay. I play an agressive, flanking Mirage, so getting quick ults and using them to refresh my tac is much more impactful.
@milesupshur9614 I guess it's negligible at that point. The clones don't copy revives or healing anyways, so the difference between one inane clone and two inane clones is almost nill.
If you use ult and have 2 clones out, that two extra clones to confuse your opponent. If they shoot your clone, then you throw another clone, you immediately have narrowed down the potential targets or have outright revealed yourself.

There’s a bonus chunk of value to his infinite decoys ability: you become a discount Newcastle
Dummies can tank 2-3 bullets from most non-sniper/DMR weapons, and when destroyed automatically reset their cooldown
In theory, you can keep spamming them outwards as a sort of personal shield against a close range attacker

Mirage was my second main when the game came out (i obviously couldnt play him for the first handful of levels) love the completely necessary buffs he's gotten and now good enough perks to actually be considered viable again.
I started maiming mirage a few days ago because of this lol… the one where you get infinite bamboozles is actually insane

What I think is broken is if you get an Evo harvester then chase down a supply drop if you get lucky and get a amour upgrade then you are at purple and if your lifeline and get the supply drop upgrade you could technically get red before the first zone closes
Say you actually do this. What if your Octane teammate whose done nothing the whole match flies by and steals the evo cache?
@@thehamburglar2420 then your screwed or you get up to purple then give the Evo cache from the lifeline to a teammate because you would be at purple while your two teammates would be at blue it all depends on your randoms
it would be broken if it wasn't depended fully on rng and your team.

Mirage is really good in any meta that has a scanning legend (BH is popular right now) because his clones register as players. Even 1 second of the opponents shooting the wrong target can easily be the difference in a fight.
Take a shot everytime you look beside merchant and start whiping your screen, cause you think there's some dirt on it but then realize its just something on his wall.
On Marvin, i press it in the blue colour everytime to get purple
Honestly i think mirage would be better if his boozles still follow res and finisher animation, my man is being held down
he was too strong with it so Respawn had to nerf him somehow 😂
I didn't play apex for a very long time but i was mirage main, as mirage main my problem was with the decoys suddenly disappears or my ult decoys get stock in one place did they fix it?
Played him a bunch recently, he feels a lot better to play.
Mirage is so fun and crazy. No need to think of using Decoys, you just do. He is the literal definition of 'random bullshxt go!'
If he just he can get ability to make teammates decoy in place of +1 tac.
Mirage with 2 decoys feels right like it should've been the norm
Mirage has always been good.
Maybe against lower skill players, but before this season he’s been pretty horrible in high level gameplay. Most good players know exactly who the real mirage is and his “invisible” revive isn’t that invisible at all and will get him melted

I think he is still D tier, Comparing him to what other legends in Support class provide he is still falling behind in my opinion, But I’m really interested to see what you guys think. If Mirage is B or A, who in support is D tier and weakest support?
@@samanbstreamin while i do agree he's very weak on the support but he's pretty powerful for annoying people, i think he starts to go down as support when his boozles now don't follow your res animation, but overall i just play him as an initiator

Yes ,everyone competent can tell a decoy from the real one,but it takes time,0.5 sec,1 sec reaction time . For normal playes ,1 sec means not much ,but for those high skilled players, 1 sec can makes a whole lot of difference.
