I was wondering if the E130's Transmission is strong enough for Lawn Rolling and using a small utility cart ( Rhino ) up a 30deg 15 foot hill from my back yard to front yard . Mostly my back yard has a slight angle but I am more concerned about hauling from back to front yards . I know JD has a good product and I am hoping the transmission will hold up for years if it is built strong enough for the workload that I want to use it for .

if you look at the E130 web page, under Accessories and Attachments, it shows a list of recommended carts which haul a maximum of 1,000 pounds. Under Tow Behind, it lists a 390 pound lawn roller.
www.deere.com/en/mowers/lawn-tractors/100-series/e130-lawn-tractor/ If you regularly run your E130 on hills or tow heavy loads, you'll definitely want to service the transmission sometime after the first 50 hour break in period to clean out the old dirty oil and metal shavings out of the gear box, then after you re-seal the transaxle, fill it with a synthetic 5W50 oil and that should give it maximum torque and longer life. It takes a skilled mechanic to do this but it's worth it if you plan on keeping your tractor more than 4 years.

Spencer Vernon Rose why would you love it? You pay $50 for a filter and you don’t even change your oil. Your engines life will be shortened big time

Usually there's someone in analytics in large companies that take that into account. I'm sure the transmission, or frame would fail before the engine due to old oil. Hell toro tells you not to even bother changing the oil on some of there machines and simply check and add. Toro recycler going 15+ years never had an "oil change".

You’re using the wrong equipment. You should be using a rototiller. You have no grass! This yard isn’t even worthy of a Craftsman rider.
