Thanks for sharing, good to get a clear explanation of the legal processes and to get a view on the follow- up, if any!
Would've been cheaper to legally get planning and build it properly. Now out thousands on legal fees. Router.
Interesting to see if it will be demolished or will still stand, in most cases enforcement action by planning authorities is there by name only and rarely do cases like this go this far in the courts. People think they can build what they like, and then maybe apply for retention to get away with it, instead of applying for planning permission firstly..
A number of years ago Muslims got away building a mosque without planning permission because they had an abattoirs and employed people.
The criminal banks will probably cease his farm. This poor farmer might even take his life as I have heard of stories like this before. As Gemma O Doherty said the courts are now the head of the NWO.
The farmer was a chancer. Sometimes in the UK planning authority funds are so restricted that they cannot enforce actions agains abuse on behalf of the public. Abusers who are house building companies often have deeper pockets but the housing shortage -- the developers' reluctance to build out -- helps to sustain higher sale values, Now that immigration is also a problem in Ireland the same 'starving ' of the market will emerge unless a government requires build out or the consents will lapse. .
They are all communists and criminals also.
I feel for the farmer. It's a tough job. He must've known it wasn't legal though. Slurry can be a serious problem. I live in Somerset and we are mainly dairy here. There are problems with nitrate levels. So much so that there has been talk of ending dairy farming in some areas.
I’d say he won’t have a farm next muppet it’s an asset they can take to cover costs.
In some jurisdictions a failure to comply results in the local authority carrying out the works and entering a charge on the land registry which can only be discharged by the sale of the property when part of the proceeds are applied to settle the charge.
