As a young person watching this gentlemen is very depressing.
49:43 - How is giving a family a social grant better than creating jobs so that the same family can provide for themselves? Also how is giving someone R510(child support grant)/R350(covid whatever) helping them to not go to bed with an empty stomach. What can you buy for R500 that will last you for the whole month?
We are now used to be given breadcrumbs while the masters are living lavishly and we are expected to appreciate that.

If we think the ANC has done well, the bar must be very low in our country.
The thumbnail of this interview is very worrying - a 22 year old voting for the ANC. I thought our biggest problem was our grandparents. Now we have 22 year old voting for the ANC.
I guess the ANC is doing well in that it is depriving everyone of education so that they wont be aware of everything that they are doing. I mean it all make sense, Angie Motshekga is doing a good job.

Count aside the thoughts or perspectives on the ANC but some of the other things are clear in a sense of what's wrong with the youth. The boy just needs a little of guidance and information to polish him for the better way of being analytical so he can be objective. Very interesting, I am a parent who has been engaged in the School Governing Body. At High school level the learners are part of the Governing Body represented by three learners in my experience learners allow the school especially the school staff members to influence elections of RCL. thereby you find teachers pets in the meeting who are not vocal or even informed to articulate their needs and agenda. Should you find strong leaders within the learners they are being decampaigned or made miserable by some parents and teachers. If in the lower grades than matric their results are also affected. It so happens that the country's elections also coincide with Sgb elections this year.

How much is ANC paying this young Man? Or rather where does he live because the living conditions were we are situated in are very depressing, we are dealing with a municipality that over charges our rates, workers get payed on the 25th for jobs they are not doing , dirty water, schools are not looked after we take money from our own pockets to make sure the schools run smoothly, may we not forget about loadshedding, the roads are very bad, the only jobs you only gonna work is a 12 months leanership programme paying less than R1200, councellors want to trade work for sex, the only time you'll see thoes Anc members is during the elections, Nyaope is used infront of our young kids coz drug lords are dominant , the rate of murders are very high yet we live in a very small town even the minister of police is not working. I honestly dont know of the ANC he is talking about.

What a depressing interview bra Dave😢...🤦🏾‍♂️But nonetheless a podcast interview has to be neutral, whether you're dumb or not at the end everyone deserves to have an opinion.
