As a young person watching this gentlemen is very depressing. 49:43 - How is giving a family a social grant better than creating jobs so that the same family can provide for themselves? Also how is giving someone R510(child support grant)/R350(covid whatever) helping them to not go to bed with an empty stomach. What can you buy for R500 that will last you for the whole month? We are now used to be given breadcrumbs while the masters are living lavishly and we are expected to appreciate that.

If we think the ANC has done well, the bar must be very low in our country. The thumbnail of this interview is very worrying - a 22 year old voting for the ANC. I thought our biggest problem was our grandparents. Now we have 22 year old voting for the ANC. I guess the ANC is doing well in that it is depriving everyone of education so that they wont be aware of everything that they are doing. I mean it all make sense, Angie Motshekga is doing a good job.

I'm glad the young brother is encouraging and educating us to VOTE. I mean, as much as we might disagree, here and there,at least he's voting. Mr Dave Mašabela we thank you once again 🙏 🎉🎉🎉as always
David thank you for educating and enlightening this young voter. I also learned a lot from this episode🤞🏽 Side note: ANC must be removed from power. They have had their chance🤞🏽
Hi David, we really love your show but please do not bring us such idiots to the show. We are not prepared to listen to the failed ANC or anything that it stands for
I love Mashabela's content but I think with elections around the corner he needs to be careful as people are desperate to sing for their supper. He must not be seen as promoting any stupidity. That's my 2 cents
Im 26 and i have to say i am slightly embarassed that im not this knowledgable about the politics that directly affect me. Also a big shout to Lungelo, although I'm not convinced on voting for the ANC, his confidence, the way he articulates himself and his critical thinking skills are impeccable. I really enjoyed the conversation.
I honestly have never been more intrigued, confused & entertained by a conversation in my entire life!😮😅😂 The ANC should definitely hire Lungelo as their communications guy. I think he could help articulate their "wins & successes" more effectively & his passion for the country's future is inspiring. He reminds me of a young Cameron Morajane & with more guidance & critical thinking he really could be a great leader one day.💯 Thank you for another interesting episode Bra Dave👊🏾
It's always encouraging to see young people showing interest in the country they live in. Let us not only blame but encourage and shape where necessary but still leave them to be so they can learn on their own and be independent thinkers. We learn, unlearn and relearn.
We were all this young and thought ANC was the only political party that will rescue us from poverty. The only words i can say to this young man is HOLA O TLA BONA.
For a 22 year old to be so articulate and confident is commendable, however I believe he is still growing up and will soon realise the realities of what the ANC government has caused to the country
Ntate Mashabela I liked this episode. Is it possible to get a round table before the elections l. first time voters an ANC member,A DA member,an EFF member and two other members from other political parties with an addition of one youth that says they are not going to vote.🙏🏾

This young man talks like a typical politician who seems like he has been promised something from the political party he is defending. He even criticizes the IEC.
Gotta love this young man... whatever one feels about his choice of party to vote for, you can tell he has excellent insight into issues on the ground. I feel he has a big role to play in community building and even Pan-Africanism because these are common problems across the continent.
Lungelo is amazing, the Boi is simply outstanding. King David hates the ANC and it shows but the boy handled him like a professional. Lungelo Mabula keep your head up.
I managed to finally finish watching the whole interview. Though I disagree with key things Lungelo says, I still respect him and I learned some things from him. I think as young people we can disagree and have different views and still respect each other. Mr Mashabela please bring other young people who talk politics. Please don't bring pensioners to come give us their political views, I am sure we would like to know who our peers would be voting for this year.

Count aside the thoughts or perspectives on the ANC but some of the other things are clear in a sense of what's wrong with the youth. The boy just needs a little of guidance and information to polish him for the better way of being analytical so he can be objective. Like the boy came through and had the conversation on such a big platform. There's a lot of potential here.
Very interesting, I am a parent who has been engaged in the School Governing Body.
