Also, yogurt and grapes w/ raw honey and Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds w/ some chia seeds (mix and let sit for 30 min.) may be a thing. As far as yogurt goes, I’m plant-based and eat dairy and cheese sometimes, but I enjoy coconut yogurt with/ probiotics (e.g., Cocoyo). And if you want a pick-me-up, putting a blanket (prayer shawl) over your head and resting several-whenever minutes to shut off stimuli. This used to work best.
