Body/Soul/Spirit #1 - Introduction

- This four-part series covers one of the last understood topics in the Bible. Though the Scriptures discuss the body, soul, and spirit in detail, it is rarely taught upon in most faith communities. The concepts presented here are foundational for a clear understanding of God's work of salvation and restoration of the human being. (The material presented here grew out of a series of teachings first presented at a conference held in Stevens Point, Wisconsin in August 2023.)

So far I've found this more biblical and made sense when reading the scriptures knowing these information. Thank you 🎉
Glad it was helpful!
I know this teaching from my spirit before I heard this. Thank God for giving me this gift You enable me teach to others like this Teacher. Amen ❤❤❤
You are very welcome
Wow amazing teaching, thank you! This was the subject I was meditating on the last few days, making drawings to make it visible to myself. But this was even more clear and now I know that I was on the right track. It helps so much in understanding ourselves and our relationship with God!
You are very welcome! And I hope you enjoy the rest of this series. It is one of my favorites.
This is one of the most exciting teachings that Nela and I have listened to. We are so blessed to have you in our lives. This is a teaching that I am now going to share with my contacts.
Wow, thank you! I was under the weather all last week, so the second teaching got delayed. But, it is now recorded and should be up soon.

I believe that object lesson will deepen the effects of the unclean works of the Assemblies whether there is none or some!!!
Thank you so so much.
Also, does the assembly you met with here in my neck of the woods, Wisconsin, where to they meet? My husband and I may be lead to do a road trip to fellowship with like kind and like mind!
What a blessing you and Robin are to my husband and myself. Shabbat shalom!!!
Absolutely! Please feel free to use anything I share.
As to the folks we stayed with, they live in Stevens Point, WI. If you email me through The Torah Today Ministries website, I can provide more info.
I had to stop at the mid point. This has to confirm what I believed when the L-RD to Abraham his descendants would be as numerous as the stars in Heaven (spiritual) and the sand on the seashore (physical). Would that be correct, Mr. Luton?
Exactly right!
You can offend anytime. We need TRUTH! I do have a question Mr Luton. If I understood you correctly, you stated that once we die the body and spirit separate. When you read the six seal in Revelation chapter six, there are souls under the altar that were martyred for the testimony of G-D. Then when you read in chapter 7 of Revelation You see these bodies in the throne room with palm branches in their hands (evidence of resurrection), wearing white robes that came out of the great tribulation. So what is exactly the "souls" under the altar?
Thank you for your comments! As to Revelation 6, I think the key is to understand that the word 'soul' can refer to just the soul -- as distinct from the body or spirit -- or to the whole person, including body and spirit. (Consider Acts 27:37 where it refers to 276 'souls' rescued from the shipwreck.)
I'm left handed...maybe that's why it took me a bit longer to understand how to walk by the Spirit.
Haha! Very good!!
Yeshua my twin
Just a question… Could it be that God created a Trinity within us, to help us understand the trinity of God? Logical arguments are welcome. Thank you.
I think it is more likely that we perceive a "trinity" because our perceptions of reality are broken. But when we are fully restored "we shall see Him as He is". I think this is what Zechariah had in mind - Zach. 14:9.
God is preparing me. I pray that you’ll be patient with me. Some things are difficult to find using search engines. God is working in my life on memorizing the Bible. I remember the words, but struggle remembering the reference to where it is. But I know what I read. Mostly now my emphasis is on the Old Testament. But I read Revelations as often as possible. God has put a desire in my heart to fight for lives that are being lost because of miseducation and ignorance. So again, thank you and God bless you and yours.
🤯
Haha! Is that your hair on fire?
If a person has severe brain injury, does he have a soul?
Remember, a person does not HAVE a soul, he IS a soul. So with a severe brain injury, the soul (I.e. the person) may have difficulty expressing and receiving in information from their physical surroundings.
Where does spirit reside in the body? In the brain?
A physical body can still survive with a brain stem without cerebrum, which is responsible for consciousness and receiving information from spirit. Without a cerebrum can a soul have a spirit still? Spirit needs to have an area/room/space in our physical body in order to exert communication right?
@@karyfang-chen1194I think it's around our stomach /belly ...
“He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”
- John 7:38 (KJV)
You may have offended the northerners, too, since Yeshua and David went to the South to pray and write the Psalm. 😆 🤣
Haha! Very good point!
I don’t see any concrete base of all your claims. Seems all just arbitrary claims
I feel the same about your comment. But I hope you continue to tune in.
