It's mango season on the island, and it was a day filled of excitement and great adventure, finding the biggest ceylon mango tree to pick from. The Journey to the top was a difficult one, but the mangoes accounted for that.
Sweet and firm table mango used in many ways, green or ripe.
We made a delicious jam out of these ripe mangoes.
