The mom needs to clean her house and keep her baby clean. They have water and shelter so the surroundings should be kept clean and tiny. Its always trash around the house.
She needs a bath real bad and her son, I say she needs a good moisturizing cream and soap and wash cloth, they just use plain water and they don't use hand soap 😮
