Thanks Jim very helpful video
Glad it was helpful!
Lesson 1: Always plead not guilty, lesson 2: Always answer no when asked if you ever committed a crime and were never charged. The burden of proof is on the government
Hi Jim, thanks for information you share with us.
I forgot about my traffic ticket dismissal to tell when I applied for I-485, would that be a problem?
Hello and thanks for commenting. You can join the Immigration Answers Show which goes live here through our CZcams channel, and ask your questions to Jim directly, he will be glad to advise.
I think this question is also on the I-485 application.
Yes, it is.
That is very heartbreaking
Yes... 😔
Proof that laws exist to keep good people honest.
👏 👏
What about traffic driving violations is that a yes or no? Because I answered No the question. I I thought it was criminal like a Cometa crime. I never commit a crime in my life.
Hi Luis! You can participate in Jim’s CZcams live show @HackingImmigrationLawLLC & ask him any immigration questions. Thank you for this. My daughter attempted suicide 2 years ago, can that affect her from being granted citizenship?
Hi Sandra, thanks for the note. I am sorry to hear that and I hope she is doing better. I do not think that this would come up at her naturalization interview.
Hi i got my green card in January 2022 through marriage and i want to apply for citizenship in January next year but we had separated with my wife for 6 months and then reunited and now live together, can this be a reason for denial of citizenship?
You should probably wait the full 5 years.
Ask him to call CAIR= council on American Islamic relation and MLFA= Muslim Legal Fund of America. They take these case pro bono.
Why don’t they move up scientifically and start using DNA identity fingerprints are oldschool but maybe caught someone trying to get my identity
Do u assist with proving fraud to USCIS
We don't provide that type of service. However, you can always join the Immigration Answers Show which goes live here through our CZcams channel, and ask your questions to Jim directly, he will be glad to advise.
