  • Our wonderful patient, Derrick, sat down with Dr. Hauser for 2 interviews, one after he had some improvements in his symptoms after doing curve correction for a few months, and then another after doing 2 Prolotherapy treatments while continuing to work on his curve. We are so happy that he's been able to return to work without symptoms and begin to build muscle mass again in his workouts. Way to go, Derrick! We wish you much continued success, joy, and health!

      I feel your pain Mike, I've searched the net for someone that does something in closer states and finding the smaller clinics that use to do prolotherapy can no longer do it because they can't get the substances due to shortages. One clinic in Arkansas told me they doubted they will get to proceed at all anymore....always backordered and expected for the next 2 years because hospitals are getting the goods first...especially dextrose. That is depressing in itself.

    Hello There, i am from europe austria 🇦🇹. i am so glad that i found this video. I was getting vertigo and Tinnitus 2 years ago, i went to every doctor and they checked everything, i was at physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathic and so on. i am clenching and i have a underbite class 3. it just helped a bit but my tinnitus still is there. i can also hear my heartbeat in my ears.
    i was also checking my all around health and they found my BP is too high, i have about 140 / 90 and they also found palpitations. i did every heart test mri, CT and so on. everything is fine says the cardiologist, so they wanna give me betablockers, but i don’t wanna use them. i am eating healthy my whole life, 33 years old and i am doing my whole life sports. i am pretty lost 😩 right now, and i would like to get some help, but i have no clue which doctors can help me here in europe. is it possible to get an answer from you if there is any chance to get in touch with you ?? please help 😩

    I have have IIH, EDS, have had spontaneous CSF leaks , etc and so many of these symptoms. Last year I had a styloidectomy surgery on my left side for eagles syndrome and still have symptoms and the year before that 2 stents in my left transverse sinus. I think there must be something going on with my neck. My husband says my shoulders are always up to my ears. I also can not get enough water , heart palpitations, racing heart , and beat drops , it’s crazy. Causes so much anxiety. I sleep with ice packs and a travel pillow on my neck. Sounds like I’m not alone. 🙏🏼

    I understand everything he was going through. I had the tachycardia, palpitations, hard to breath, constantly drinking, couldn't workout anymore, got intense GERD, could barely eat solid foods. Things only turned around after I started seeing an AO chiropractor. But neurologist doctors at the Mayo clinic still can't figure my situation out other than a sensitized nervous system. Part of that is true, but until I can get a DMX to make sure whether or not I've got instability, I'll never really know what's going on in the neck. I still get occasional nerve shocks/spasms in my chest, blurry vision and mild brain fog.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Před měsícem +1

      Great question - treatment to the neck starts at $1,400 depending on if you get stem cells, PRP, sedation, etc. however, it ultimately depends on the severity of your instability and everyone requires a different number of treatments. Some patients need 4, while others might need closer to 9 - everyone is different!
      We have our pricing available on our website but we do not accept insurance. We can provide you with an itemized statement that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement but this is something that you would need to discuss with your insurance provider.

    Are the cervical neck curve corrections heavily based on chiropractic manual adjustments? Or is it alot of exercises to strengthen the muscles in the neck? Thank you.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Před rokem +2

      Hi simo134, Good question and we do not base it on manual adjustments. The way we do it here has more to do with individualized exercises, posture and workstation changes, finding the sleeping position that opens up the jugular veins best as tested with ultrasound, and sometimes using weights to help better position the head/neck, as well as pillows that help the curvature- lots of tools in the tool box. It is individualized based on the patient's current curve and symptoms.

    Do you still practice in Chicago as well? If not, who would you suggest for possible prolotherapy for cervical instability? I get svt frequently and cardiologist wants to do an ablation. But would an ablation work if svt is caused by my neck issues?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Před 2 měsíci

      We do not, our clinical is located in Fort Myers FL. We cannot provide referrals but it would be wise to do diagnostic testing to determine the cause of SVT before proceeding with the ablation. If this issue is caused by your neck instability, Prolotherapy could be a treatment option for you, as opposed to doing the ablation and it not working due to the underlying issue being your neck. We understand that travel is not feasible for all however we would absolutely love to see you in our office!
