- Hanging on by a thread was the original song and it was about suicide. When the pandemic happened, I rewrote the second verse to be about Covid 19 and one year ago today we released "Don't Give Up"

I'm just finding this video now, but wow, this music video feels like such a long time ago, even though it was only last year. I'm still extremely happy that my "Hanging" photo made the cut, I don't think I'll ever forget that. I'm happy it showed up in this video too.😂 I didn't know this song was originally about suicide, but that premise makes so much sense because the frame is still there in the "Don't Give Up" version. It feels very fitting. My mental shit has only gotten worse during this pandemic. I was so hopeful at the start and was all in a fighting mood, but so much has changed in my life over the course of 2020. I'm hanging on by a thread, but I feel like such a hollow shell. I don't know if it's still worth it, but I want to keep going to see if it is. Thank you for your music. I feel silly typing all this in a CZcams comment section, but I mean every word.
