Thanks for sharing. As an owner of a party decor rental business, marquee letters will be a great addition. For someone who is inexperienced with wood working, this looks quite easy to tackle. I'm purchasing the blueprint and we'll be starting the project ASAP!

Hi great videos, have you used MDF and if so what thickness and have you had issue with using Brad nails on MDF where by it frays the internal board.

Enjoy your videos. Building my letters as we speak. How do you secure your sockets in each letter? I'd like to glue them for stability, but hesitate because repair/replacement would be harder. Thanks.
Great work. For the sides, did you use a table saw to cut for the width, or did the company cut those for you as well. I know you used a miter saw for length. But I was wondering about the width since they are so perfectly sized.
Howdo you do angle cuts for outside trim on the letters that are not all 90 degree angles

18 gauge, for half inch plywood, 1 inch

Where do you buy lights?
I bought them from the hardware store. Pre-made strands of decorative string lights. Most hardware stores have a variety of these during the patio season.
The letters looks great! I can't believe what you paid to have them CNC'd, I'll have to get you to give me the name of that
company.
The CUT SHOP (deep SE Industrial area). I provided them with dxf file (autoCADD file) - that might have helped because then they just toss it on the machine.

Around 1 sheet per two letters.
