Mr Robot reshaped my view of the world about society and people. With every single scene. How can a series be so dark, so depression, so pain? I have watched a lot of different series most of them gave me chill but this series remains something else.

hey I really can see through that, this series just show how a single person suffers alone and have that heavy knowledge and go through a lot of pain that not all the people could take it and still having his sense of humanity.. it's really a deep idea and a worth watching trip of that person.

Excellent post. This is my favourite scene from Mr. Robot, such an incredibly well made show, plus the use of my all time favourite song love on a real train makes this a truly special scene.

I wonder if all these thoughtful interactions that Elliot had with his father were actually with him or Mr. Robot. In this context, it sounds like he had a nice father figure to comfort him. But when you think that it actually might have been Mr. Robot, it is pretty impressive for a kid to have such complex thoughts about changing the world.

the season 1 has almost all perfect episodes, and this one ending fits perfectly.
Angela got another good one in the first episode of the season 3 (daft punk)

That's symbolism behind it, as the serie goes by, you realize it

At 1:18 Angela realised his "father" is in a prison , a gold cage , with this loop music , then the music accelerate as she's going to see him.
At 1:30 Then she sees him at his desk, like he's in a prison , unable to move. The loop is here again.
At 1:45 he welcomed her, the "more joyful music is here ", but disgusted that her father was "bought" by Ecorp after what happened to her mother , she interrupted the conversation, she wants to escape, to run.
Of course he don't know Angela discovered the truth, and go back ton his office. To his prison.
At 1:51 the loop is here again. As she sees her father trapped, she run away.
At 2:42 she runs , she try to escape. With the music following her .
I'm sorry for my bad english writing. But i what i wanted to do is to explain why this scene is special and why Sam Esmail is a genius.

Correction she didn't saw her father was bought by Ecorp. She saw her father drwoned by Ecorp with their massive injunctions and suit against him, how he is on debt and he is hiding it.

Just lock your room and turn off your lights or dim it then with all the burden and pain in your mind and heart, watch it with them. Seriously a different feel.

This scene is a total homage to Risky Business. You don’t include Love On A Real Train by Tangerine Dream in your soundtrack unless you are either a massive Tangerine Dream fan, or a fan of the Tom Cruise movie or both. Whichever way you cut it this scene is perfect 👍
