RYTHM Foundation | QI Group’s Social Impact Initiative

When the QI Group began in 1998, our Founders, Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark, were resolute that the company would be a force for good, making a different in the lives of people and communities in which we operate.
Thus, our ethos - RYTHM was born. The essence of RYTHM, which stands for "Raise Yourself to Help Mankind," is self-empowerment. RYTHM is the guiding philosophy of all our business operations. It is also the mission of our social impact initiative, the RYTHM Foundation.
The Foundation invests in the communities around us through strategic partnerships, community service, and employee volunteering, focusing on three key pillars; Education, Empowerment, and the Environment.
These three key focus areas reflect our responsibility to play a pivotal role in achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
To date, RYTHM Foundation has implemented more than 75 global projects with over 135 partners worldwide, benefiting over 80,000 people in more than 20 countries. Some of the major projects implemented by the Foundation are in India, Sri Lanka, Sub-Saharan Africa, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Laos.
Datin Sri Umayal Eswaran, Chairperson of RYTHM Foundation, uses her voice to bring important issues to the forefront and drive social change at the grassroots level. She inspires the Foundation’s initiatives to uplift communities toward equality and equity.
