It seems unlikely that she could afford public transportation, but wasn't there friends or family (child's father, grandparents, siblings) that could have helped her out until she healed? She already knew how fragile/incapacitated these surgeries had made her before. She should have solidified a plan for transportation before having any surgery.

    Well said sir Mr. Caprio, if the judicial people treat ordinary people properly, many of them will not repeat their mistakes. Sometimes when an innocent man gets punished by judicial system, then he will not have any respect and definitely commit mistake or criminal activities in his life.

    Thank goodness Judge Caprio shows mercy in the Providence traffic court! The fines are so high, and the penalties are astronomical! To top that off, too many people never receive any kind of notice. Either no ticket on the car or no notice mailed to them or no warning about an unpaid fine. Red light tickets are notorious for this.

    • @vktesla9513
      @vktesla9513 Před 2 lety

      Believe it or not their fines are something like 1/3 of the price of fines in my area. Also, just saw this is a 2 year old post XD, just found this gem of a channel.

    Judge Caprio is really really nice and fun and exciting. He represents a role model to humanity. I am not kidding. He welcomed everyone. I would pee in my pants coming to court. I have been to court in VA before. It’s nothing like this. It was scary and very stressful. I had to take a day off to calm my anxiety. I wish all judges were like judge caprio. I think of him all the time. He makes me a nice person. He encourages me to do good for the society. He taught us to be kind, helping others and do good for the family and the country. What a lovely concept. I wish one day I will be able to see him without a ticket though. Lol.

    Judge Caprio made a mistake with that last lady...
    She was lying about something, idk, she just didn't sit right with me. That and she FLEWW passed the red light like nothing, what if someone was jn the process of crossing? She had plenty of time to stop. I bet she is off food stamps because they cut her off for being a con artist...look at that car she drives...lady should have been fined and made to pay, I didn't believe a word she said, but Judge Caprio is way too compassionate sometimes.

    • @sarabrant723
      @sarabrant723 Před 4 lety +1

      She claims that she's poor has food stamps can't feed her kid if she has to pay the court cost but you're driving around in a Mercedes Benz..if you can't afford a fine then don't break the law and you won't have to worry about begging for leniency..and she had to switch lanes cuz she was going so fast she would have hit the car in front of her she wasn't paying attention
