    Wingo嚟到渥太華,梗係搵Debbie帶我哋睇樓,單位位於新區Barrhaven;雖然話新,但生活機能完熟,多商店之餘仲有全加最hi-tech嘅Amazon,亦近Costco,所以吸引好多年輕家庭落戶,華人亦唔少。
    今次睇嘅係Barrhaven全新Townhouse示範單位,1900呎3房加已完工地庫,直入大門右邊係採前後泊設計嘅車房,左邊係powder room,直入就係廚房同客飯廳;廚房係upgrade咗嘅設計,用料靚電器齊;飯廳空間足,坐6人都唔覺迫,客廳闊落外接後花園,要留意新屋唔包圍欄,想加建要俾幾錢呢?
    落地庫樓梯底有儲物空間,客廳放到L形梳化,仲有火爐加電視,有窗透光唔暗;另外就係powder room同機房。
    上2樓有3間房,兩間客房四正格局,同樣望街景,客廁亦係正常配置;主人房望後園,擁大衣帽間,放Queen Size床後仍然寬敞,套廁唔係黑廁呢點好緊要。
    睇完示範單位,Debbie開估樓價,包裝修同唔包裝修價錢差幾多?仲有幾樣嘢提大家,渥太華夏天都幾熱,隨時30幾度,所以大部分人都會加裝冷氣,費用幾多?呢個屋苑係freehold冇condo fee,變相鏟雪、剪草要自己嚟,如果搵人幫手又要幾錢?

    With rising interest rate, developers are underfunded. That's why they are cutting corners and selling really unfinished products.

    Not possible.
    All up grades excluded finished basement is at least 30% more.
    Never finish basement of a brand new house. It is common sense to finush yiur basement a leadt 1 year later.
    Don't listen to her.
    She doesn't know what she is taking about.
    Who is she, anyway???
    She doesn't even know the basic general rules of buying a bew house. Ask the builder when you deal with them.

      $50000 extra for finish the basement? Not even good enough to finish a bathroom.
