Wingo嚟到渥太華，梗係搵Debbie帶我哋睇樓，單位位於新區Barrhaven；雖然話新，但生活機能完熟，多商店之餘仲有全加最hi-tech嘅Amazon，亦近Costco，所以吸引好多年輕家庭落戶，華人亦唔少。
今次睇嘅係Barrhaven全新Townhouse示範單位，1900呎3房加已完工地庫，直入大門右邊係採前後泊設計嘅車房，左邊係powder room，直入就係廚房同客飯廳；廚房係upgrade咗嘅設計，用料靚電器齊；飯廳空間足，坐6人都唔覺迫，客廳闊落外接後花園，要留意新屋唔包圍欄，想加建要俾幾錢呢？
落地庫樓梯底有儲物空間，客廳放到L形梳化，仲有火爐加電視，有窗透光唔暗；另外就係powder room同機房。
上2樓有3間房，兩間客房四正格局，同樣望街景，客廁亦係正常配置；主人房望後園，擁大衣帽間，放Queen Size床後仍然寬敞，套廁唔係黑廁呢點好緊要。
睇完示範單位，Debbie開估樓價，包裝修同唔包裝修價錢差幾多？仲有幾樣嘢提大家，渥太華夏天都幾熱，隨時30幾度，所以大部分人都會加裝冷氣，費用幾多？呢個屋苑係freehold冇condo fee，變相鏟雪、剪草要自己嚟，如果搵人幫手又要幾錢？

All up grades excluded finished basement is at least 30% more.
Never finish basement of a brand new house. It is common sense to finush yiur basement a leadt 1 year later.
Don't listen to her.
