British sensation Adele stopped by the Billboard studios to discuss her platinum #1 album, and play us her hit single, "Chasing Pavements". - Hudba
It makes me wonder what those celebrities would look like if they were jut regular people. I mean adele looks so normal. Her looks may have changed a lot, but her interview, the way she talks and responds to question, it's basically still the same. She's very down to earth.
I've always loved that about her. Shes always been so genuine and authentic, and you can tell that music really is her passion. And that she isn't just an industry plant who can sing in italics. Hard worker like Beyonce.

I saw her during this time at a small club in Houston. Front row! That'll never happen again... I just remember how shy and shocked she was that everyone knew her lyrics. She just kept covering her mouth and laughing. Unbelievable voice and talent.

People who are grounded, stay true to themselves, and don't sell out usually struggle harder to make it that far. Cardi B and Trump being the only exceptions I can think of. I downloaded “Hometown Glory” when it was the FREE single off the week offered on iTunes in 2007/2008. One listen to her voice I was telling my friends in NY, “You have to listen to this new girl.” Who knew that she’d be one of the most celebrated voices of our generation.

Watching this video on Wednesday, 20 October 2021. Adele's song "Easy On Me" has released not long ago and she's back in the public peripheral again. So glad to see she hasn't changed after all these years. What an incredible artist.

I love hearing her sing but I also love listening to her talk. Love that accent.
First heard Adele singing this song over the PA working a summer job when I was pregnant with my son. He'll be 13 this year. Time flies!
But I'll always associate Adele with morning sickness, Nordstrom, and that beautiful acoustic "indie"- sound.
She ended up being bigger than all the other artists she listed as her favourites.
Fast forward 11 years and she's on a bigger level than all those artists she named. I also love that she's still the same girl. #downtoearth

Throws a new light on her - not that she's all that different, personality-wise, as she is now. It just amazes me to no end that someone her age could write such heartfelt songs like she did on 21. She is a really old soul; so mature-minded and so much depth to her that she will continue for another 20 years!

One of my favourite things in the world is going back to old videos of artists who have since blown up into superstardom. She has achieved SO much since this interview, it's insane. I am so glad for her success, it could not have happened to a more talented, genuine person. Loved her voice and music since day one.

she's so down-to-earth and so real and just trying to express what she's feeling and thinking and i think this was the reason that she became so famous - well this and her fucking flawless voice - but yeah i fallen in love with her since i saw my first Adele interview and since then i can't get Adele out of my head.. her voice is stunning and just goes through me and beats my heart up whenever i listen to it and there is no time i don't have my ipod on me. Chasing pavements was the first song I ever heard of Adele and I tried telling all my friends about the song and her and nobody cared but as soon as her other songs became popular and played on the radio people were first discovering her but I had already been a fan
