      +Jeffery Miller if you read any one of the books you'll see that they had a crap loaf of DNA, and the only blood supposedly missing was 1.0 ml of blood from a vial for evidence and the expert had said that isn't enough to spread ANYWHERE, it's so minute. and the 1 ml missing was probably from evaporation.
      oj freaking did it, no question about it. thank God has finally in jail for something.
      is funny how the black community backed him up....he was only a member of the white community. he never did one damn thing for the advancement of his kindred people. that a-hole....the court just had a really crappy judge, the worst.

    The way they treated her during the trial was absolutely disgusting. Sarah Paulson did a wonderful job portraying her. The scene when she enters in the court with the new haircut and she feels so confident was so heartbreaking to watch. You see the confidence disappearing from her eyes as soon as one of the male lawyers says "Great haircut" with a sarcastic tone.

      @paulinamoran6479 Před 8 lety +26

      +Dick Jones what the fuck? She is also an incredible lawyer who was treated horribly just because she's a woman. She changed her appearance because the media proved to be a key element during that trial. It didn't fly as well as other tricks people have played, but don't be naive, every single person under the spotlight has changed certain behaviors or characteristics of themselves to be more appealing to the media when they need something from it. She took charge of an incredibly difficult situation in an environment dominated by men. If that isn't strong to you, you should reevaluate some stuff.

      This Marcia Clark character and her cohort Darden were effectively charged with throwing the case.* They were in cahoots with the “then shadowy forces” that committed the gruesome murders.
      It was done for a Massive Social Engineering purpose, and the ones responsible are Antifa/BLM/Deep State collaborators. Those are also the ones responsible for the other, much bigger and more consequential Social Engineering Political Psyop, the Floyd video.

    As a teenage girl hoping to someday be a prosecutor, Marcia Clark is so inspirational to me. In spite of all the sexist bullshit that was thrown at her, she never once let it throw her off her stride, and while she didn't win the case, she was still such an amazing lawyer, and certainly deserved to win.

  • @tkmaz
    @tkmaz Před 8 lety +195

    They treated her deplorably. The little digs from the defense, they wouldn't have done that if she were a man. Besides the tabloids talking about her looks, it was the MEN. And this goes to show you how far we've come.
    From our suffragettes being jailed & tortured for basic rights of opinion to a prosecutor like Marcia Clark, they paved the way for us, with their self-esteem, their soul, their sweat & tears.
    So ladies, no matter how confusing this election seems - you MUST vote. You MUST have a say. You MUST remember that people were hurt for the rights (voting or equality in the workplace) we take for granted today.

Its so different watching this the second time around and answering his questions about the trial about the hate surrounding the trial that is sadly still relevant today and how horribly Marcia Clark was treated (which he simply called bullying). I am proud of my son to recognize this and feel confident he will be a strong man that will recognizes the fact that women are equal and deserve the same respect as any man. I'm sorry for the families that were devastated by the real tragedy as these 2 lives were lost. TheThisguy1983 its a daytime talk show dude. If you want politics watch CNN or Fox News. Ellen's job is to entertain not to discuss gender politics

    Marcia Clark looks fabulous and I am so glad she has moved on from the debacle of a case. It was not her fault nor Chris Darden's fault with the outcome of the verdict. As she says, even today she thinks it would turn out the same way. As for the show, the woman who portrays her is smack on got Marcia's demeanor, looks down pat! I admire her for what she went through, and all the personal comments, (even from Ito) regarding her clothing, hair, child care etc. Shame on those who made this personal against her.

    The way she was treated back in '95 was horrific. I was around 20 then and it shook me--how a professional, adult woman could be treated so badly for basically being a woman. It was obvious to me at the time that they wouldn't have treated a man the way they treated her. The expression on her face when Ellen read those tweets was truly touching, so genuine. We have grown, yes, but not that much. What's changed in this case is how the public views OJ Simpson. Sympathies have shifted. But it was never okay to constantly trash Marcia Clark throughout the entire trial. I'm glad more people see that now. She was so strong to endure that, and is so strong today.
