Removing the fat would only create a hollowed face, no? Whereas a facelift would lift the descended fat along with the SMAS and skin? We don't want to lose the fat, just lift it. I notice that jowls are fat that descended and collects at the bottom.
I have a micro double chin I can only see at certain angles, I was debating on kybella but have read it doesn’t do much so looking into facetite but not sure if this would require same in incisions as traditional submental lipo. Trying to avoid scarring since the submental fat I have is fairly minimal.

Typically no but the surgery should be done by an expert. On the other hand, if you are planning a facelift surgery, I would wait one year and save money.
I've been hearing the same prices listed for facetite, yet my PS is charging $10,000 for it. Also for the facelift, just the lower half, it's $40,000. I'm on the east coast, not even in CA or anything like that! Yikes!
Yes, prices differ depending on the Doctor's expertise and also practice location. For example, LA and NYC are famous for facelift surgeries and doctors here are the best hence the prices

I still don't understand why his prices seem so incredibly out of line compared to those even in LA or NYC.
I had a lower face lift and neck lift a year ago with neck bands being addressed however they are back?? I don’t what another surgery, what can be done besides Botox in the bands?
Thank you for your question! It depends on your skin condition. Most likely it will not or bring very minimal results since facetite procedure melts the layers under the skin and you have already ad a chin lipo.
Skin sagginess is also one of the most common concerns for patients who come for face and neck lift surgery. A Face ( and Neck Fift) might be a solution but it is quite difficult to suggest any solution without a consultation.

Unfortunately there is really no other effective treatment options other than botox or additional muscle tightning that might be helpful
