Hello, was the mistake the superior family room or just the eco superior room? Also how close the lobby are these rooms? Balcony views were garden, jungle or pool? Thank you

Hi. I'm not sure about eco ones. Our room was "far" from the lobby but close to the beach, little golf cars took us to the room but without laggueges its a nice walk. Our room had jungle views with monkeys on the terrace at mornings 😅

Did the golf cart/taxi that took you to your room cost anything? Other than a tip of course.
