So what is the earliest chapter that you can do this affinity quest in and have unlocked rank 5 affinity for Floren and Beguiling Charms to rank 4 at least.

Ah damn it I can't do this since I already beat the game and Can't have access to one of the areas....great I chose a great time to work on his chart. Guess he's benched until NG+ and reach that access point again.

Ashe doesn't have the trophy icon and won't gave me anything I did his quest and that's all he will talk about I am on chapter 8 did I miss my chance?
I have the correct trust level and have the blade engaged and I have followed the guide but no luck.

Wow Merc missions gave me that node on the skill tree to do this mission so now I dont have access, hopefully the reward item isnt too good

You need floren’s affinity rank 5 unlocked and beguiling charms rank 4. Floren has to be an active blade of an active party member.
