    Hello again, my friend.
    I’m curious … how do you know how to measure the amount of cement all you need per vessel? I have written SO many notes down about the entire process, but am not seeing any on this basic step. Help! 😂
    PS … your vessels are beautiful, and your calm manner just relaxes me & makes me eager to receive my molds from Amazon. Can’t wait to get started!

      Hello again. I did watch a couple of videos in the beginning myself with someone that showed measurments for various jars and products, but to be honest they didn't work for me I found I had prduct left over which was a waste. What molds are you getting from Amazon? I will help you out with what you will need, and honestly you will get to know how much if you use other molds. Just remember always go a bit less, and then add rather than too much and waste.

      Thank you so much.
      I have purchased the Large Round Silicone Planter Mold, Reusable Round Shape Concrete Clay Plaster Moulds for DIY Homemade Succulent Plant Pots, Durable Home Decor Garden Decorations Mould Concrete

      @@MackieJackCreations I have the large planter, and used approximately 1020 gr of cement all. I have put a picture of a couple I have made so you can see if it is the same one. Look under the community tab on my home page.

    Thanks for this video. I have tried adding acrylic paints to the cement I get from Bunnings and it made the concrete so brittle that it all fell apart. Is this why you use cement all? It seems very expensive compared to our normal cement from our hardware store.

      Hi, thank you for watching. I cannot comment on the cement from Bunnings as I have never used it. When I first started I heard that Cement All was the better product to use, so it is the only one I have used. It is more expensive, but it does work really well. How much paint did you add, if you used too much that can also cause those type of issues.

    What is the amount of acrylic and color added?

    • @roccdecorfragrances
      @roccdecorfragrances  Před 11 měsíci

      Hi. I add a couple of grams of titanium dioxide into the cement for whiteness, and just a couple of squirts of each colour of the acrylic paint and then lightly swirl it in. :)

    Hello. I may have missed it in your videos but do you need to seal your jars before adding in the candle wax?

    • @roccdecorfragrances
      @roccdecorfragrances  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Yes, you need to seal the jars prior to adding wax otherwise the wax will seep through. I normally seal then leave for two days before adding wax.
