If I tag socials, then this should be done for ALL players (without a single exception), and not just for one person. Socials of some players can not be found (players with default nicknames, some Asian players, etc). I am convinced that it's extremely dishonest to tag contacts of few people and not to tag all the rest, so there will be no social links in description.

it's a bit like nago. when you lose track of the resources you can get tripped up.
Be patient, dash block (use dash macro while holding back to block) and watch their resources to close in.

NGL happy seems like a very easy character execution wise. I get the fact he has to reload and refill focus bar. But execution wise he feels like the easiest character. Or am I very wrong?
His baseline execution stuff can be pretty hard when you pick him up. He has negative edge that you need to execute at manual timings to get a real mix. I think some normals -> guard crush shot is a 1-2f link (though I might be outdated on this one). Compared to something like Ram/Anji, he's much harder.
HC is one the hardest execution wise beside zato and asuka

he's got two resources to manage, a stance to spend them, and some of his optimal combos have really tight links, _objectively_ speaking he is one of the harder characters to pilot
Have you tried him? He has an easy gameplan but is arguably the most mechanical character in the game.
