A good friend of mine who lives here in the US and is friend with John was back there recently and saw the truck but would not say a word only that it was spectacular and by Christ he wasn’t joking. Absolutely stunning.

Hi Stavros, The "L" in LS stands for air suspension and the "S" stands for a truck tractor (TT) with fifth wheel and not a freight carrier (FC) with tow hitch. Another great video thank you so much for the content.

This merc actros 630l is the best looking one i have ever seen since all the work repainting plus coats of laqur i love the colors and the catwalk is sweet stunning infact beautiful air brushing of mcgarryz dogs thats pretty go fuel for this truck i like cb lay out and dashboard looks great its really one of a kind beautiful truck
Nice truck. 11.5 mpg😳 I get around 3-4 with my western star pulling trains in northern Canada lol.
Not a bad price for a new truck with that spec, left plenty for extras, good result 👍

I used to drive the Mercedes used to drive the edition one but unfortunately now I am driving a Scania 660S and I am finding the cab is nowhere near as good as the Mercedes great very nice 👍

Beautiful truck a merc with usable power you can’t go wrong for the price compared to Volvo scania , I pick the merc all day long but tag axle

Great video Stavros, as usual your enthusiasm is overwhelming 👍As for John, what a craftsman 👏His skills/vision and attention to detail is amazing, a few truck manufacturers could certainly do with spending some time with this man in his workshop, as I’m sure they would learn more from him than he would from them 🤔Love the tribute to the dogs too 🙏Take care.
That would have truly been a masterpiece of engineering if he hadn’t made the mega mistake of installing the driver’s workplace on the wrong side of the truck. Oh my God!

I'm a spray painter by trade and got my own tipper mercedes actros I painted mine my self when I got my tipper body they damaged the cabin now I gotta re do a few panels so annoying

The plug in the passenger footwell is an electrical connection to plug on a high voltage/high current electrical device such as a kettle

Good video. John knows his stuff. We have 10 trucks. Volvo, daf and mercedes. The mercs are phenomenal on fuel. We will be buying more. The new daf Xg is also very good.close to the mercs ! Much better than older xf

It’s a lovely truck. I just never liked the Mercedes gear change when it stops trying to find a gear. Plus them mirrors create a blind spot seeing stuff coming from the left.

5:55 This is not an Antenna, its an MagCode... Mercedes use the Rosenberger Magnetic 12v/24v Power Connector, for a Coffemaker as example

For instance, the tippers have a K, which stands for "kipper" which means Tipper.
