About Us, If you’re new here, Hi I’m Bianca and this is our family channel. My husband’s name is Robert. We have a daughter in high school her name is YaYa and a son is in college his name is Xavier. He goes to school in Corpus Christi, TX. We are super proud parents and we do anything and everything for our family. We are from Dallas,TX.

things we used for this project
From home Depot -
pvc pipe 3 in for arms $10 and 4 in for the legs $10
Sakrete concrete tube 12in for the body $18
Red and black spray pain
The rest was scrap wood for the base and to decorate was stuff from Dollare Tree
body 4 feet long
arms 2 feet long
legs 2 1/2 feet long
hat 8 in
face 9in

good job my only thought is make them so you can break them down for easier storage. make a place where they can come apart at the waist. that's what's stopped me from building one of these is having a place to store them the other 11 months of the year
So true luckily we have a storage shed that they can fit in. Another thought is you can always make them smaller?

I seen someone take a clean toilet bow plunger from the dollar store half it into and they use that for the boot the toe part they just attached it to the legs down there and then painted it. That would be somewhat sturdier than the container. You all done an awesome job

very nicely done, I've made a similar item for Halloween, same concept, instead of all the hardware I used 1x2 pieces the length of the tube screwed to the inside so as to attach arms, legs, and L brackets and anchor to the base.
Halloween?? As a vampire or something?? I'm always looking for additional Halloween props!!

Hermoso trabajo, les quedó bellísimo, los felicito. Tengo una pregunta, ese tubo de cartón que usaron para el cuerpo se puede mojar y no le pasa nada?. Es decir se puede poner el nutcracker en el exterior donde puede mojarse con la lluvia?. Gracias por su tiempo y por compartir su trabajo.

Great job guys, I looked up these cardboard tubes for concrete columns, in Australia they are over $150 each!! Think the length was about 4m/12' and I doubt that "used" is an option due to how they recommend to remove!

Beautiful! I would have used adhesive for outside projects vs glue gun, because heat can cause all your embellishments to loosen. 💚💚💚

Top hat- is 9 in from top
Bottom of face -17 in from top
Top of shoulder- 17 in from top
Bottom screw for legs- 1 in and a 4 in from the bottom

Nice job. I would find some type of polyester stuffing and add the white hair to them. Then they would look more complete.
