Why does every 2-3 bedroom apartment in Nairobi look exactly the same? Same layout. Same living room. Same bedrooms. Same bathrooms. What gives?

@@realtyboris I am relocating to Kenya in early 2023 and want to buy a 3-bedroom in Lavington, Westlands, or Kilimani area but all the apartment layouts look exactly the same. When I come to Kenya, I hope realtors like you can direct me to places that are different from the norm.
