Does this cut 1 mm? Also can you cut frozen beef?

Yes you can cut frozen beef, not like frozen solid solid, but slightly thawed. Did it all the time at the restaurant I used to work at. Also not sure abt the 1 mm, might depend on how well tuned it is and if it’s been sharpened properly

At 00:50 it shows adjusted to 3.6, maybe that 1mm would be too thin, prob be able to google info on the unit to confirm if thats even possible cause itd shred most likely imo.
