Your attachment information is incorrect. The 4 clips are actually compression clips that go to the 4 loops on the front side. The bag actually attaches to your MOLLE system via the webbing on the back of the bag. Then the two included straps are to attach to the MOLLE webbing on the bottom of the front of the pack via the buckles and then the clips attach to your MOLLE carrier. This will pull the bottom of the bag closer to your body.
