- 2/23/2019: We spent the weekend in beautiful Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio and stayed in a cabin and did some camping at Crockett's Run.

Absolutely beautiful. There is nothing more enjoyable than enjoying nature. You need to explore Letchworth State Park in New York. The Grand Canyon of the East.
Stony Brook in Dansville , Watkins Glen are beautiful to see. New York has way to offer than the cesspool of the city. Upstate New York is a totally different world. Farming, forestry, the Finger Lakes region. New York City is a minute area of our state.
You must not have explored much when you lived in Ohio because there are numerous hilly areas in Ohio. Maybe not exactly like Hocking Hills, but there are definitely a lot of hills in Ohio.

We live in Cincy and go every summer , this year will be year 3. Cool to see it in the winter!

That's great! I can't believe I grew up in Ohio and didn't really know about this until I had moved away and then got into hiking and camping.
Same. I went back in the beginning of June and it is about 2 hours away from me as well. Learned a lot the place from an Instagram picture and just had to learn more
