Another Sidequest episode, this time in Essen. We've met up with Sven on a short notice, therefore we skated only 2 spots that day. But the last spot is the infamous 666 kink from our first episode "Drecksstrasse"! Eugen finally did it all the way to the end and got his revenge from last time!

Actually my routine is quite standard and boring, I have a simple upper lower body split and I do weighted calisthenics stuff and kettle bell stuff besides mobility and stretching. Most stuff you find on knee over toes guys or other transparent sports guys out there. I try to get my 1.6g protein per KG body weight in and take care of a clean and divers diet. And I’m skating around 4 times a week :) in the beginning it was hard to build the printing consistently but once you see all the progress in strength and stability and its benefits for skating you get hyped :)
@@negue9habe mich auch schon gefragt wie du zu so nem recht stabielen körper kommst mache seit 20 jahren powerlifting hat mir 35kg mehr masse gebracht die jetzt nicht umbedingt immer von Vorteil beim skaten sind. Aber geht nach 12 jahren Pause noch immer recht viel
@@zernicht9r286 uffff, powerlifting ist ja auch nen anderes Kaliber! Es ist an sich schon hardcore genug, geschweige denn dann noch nebenbei zu Skaten. Hut ab! Hab großen Respekt davor!

With sticky rails try getting some automotive parts cleaner (brake clean) and soak a shop rag and clean the rail after wax it
; the old wax could be mixed with dirt and may have a abrasive surface build up

What a battle on that kink rail! You guessed 20-30 minutes, but how long did it actually take?
Unfortunately the speed of the rail changed every now and than due to dirt so I needed to figure it out from scratch all the time. In the end it took me half the time form the previous visit but still over an hour, between 60-80 min.
